विश्वकपको लहरमा पूरै डुबेको हुनाले राजनीतिका कुराबाट मलाई अलि ब्रेक दिनुस् है। अब राजनीतिका कुरामा रुचि भएका पाठकहरुले नै यो जिम्मा सम्हाल्नुस्। मलाई केहीले राजनीतिक ब्लगहरु लेखेर सहयोग गरिरहनुभएको छ। मैले भने यहाँ एउटा छलफलको विषय राखेको छु। लोकतन्त्रिक गणतन्त्र र शान्ति जनआन्दोलनको प्रमुख माग थियो। तर शान्ति भनेको मुखले मात्र भनेर आउने कुरा हैन। सात दल र माअोवादीबीच अविश्वास देख्न थालिएको छ। यता वार्ता किन हो ढिला भइरहेको छ उता माअोवादीले रक्तपात हुने जस्तो शान्तिको आशामा रहेका नेपालीलाई तर्साउने भाषा चेतावनीको रुपमा प्रयोग गर्न थालेका छन्। वार्ता छिटो गर्नुपर्यो भनेर सबैले भनिरहेका छन्। तर वार्ता किन ढिला भइरहेको छ, कसैलाई थाहा छैन। उपप्रधानमन्त्री केपी अोलीले माअोवादी आमसभाहरुमा व्यस्त भइरहेकोले नै वार्तामा ढिलाइ भइरहेको भनी आज बताउनुभएको छ। एमाले महासचिव माधवकुमार नेपालले आज केटिभीको बहस कार्यक्रममा मकवानपुरमा आउन सक्ने प्रचण्ड यहाँ किन नआउने, आएर सँगै बसेर छलफल गर्नुपर्यो नि भन्नुभएको छ। प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालाले सरकारमा माअोवादीको सहभागिता गराउन आफू तयार भएको बताउनु भएको छ। तपाईँको विचारमा शान्तिका लागि के गर्नुपर्ला ? कसरी अगाडि जानुपर्ला ? कृपया आफ्ना विचारहरु लेख्नुहोला। कृपया शान्तिलाई मूल ध्येय राखेर दल, माअोवादी, राजा कसैप्रति आग्रह-पूर्वाग्रह नराखी नागरिकका रुपमा आफ्ना विचार लेख्नुहोला।

माथी legitimacy हुनु पर्नेमा अन्यथा हुन गएको मा सच्चाइ पढ्नु होला।
माथी zz ले प्रस्तुत् गर्नु भएका सुझाव हरु लाइ समर्थन गर्दै मेरा तर्फ बाट यि प्रस्ताव हरु पेश गर्न चाहान्छु :
१- सर्बप्रथम नेपाली जनता सामु माओबादी नेत्रीत्व ले माफि माग्नु पर्छ ।
२-तथाकथीत जन अदालतहरु तू बन्द गर्नु पर्छ ।
३-माओबादी जनसरकार हरु तत्काल बिघटन हुनु पर्छ ।
४-माओबादीहरु को हतीयार ब्यबस्थापन हुनु जरूरी छ।
५-हत्या-हीँसा त्यागेको माओबादी को सार्बजनीक् प्रतिबद्धता आउनु पर्छ ।
६-माओबादी सहीत को अन्तरिम सरकार को गठन ।
७-अन्तरीम् सम्बिधान को मध्यम बाट सम्बिधान सभाको निर्बाचन
८-सरकार र बिद्रोही दुबै तर्फ बाट अनाहक ज्यान गुमाउने हरु को परीबार लाइ आर्थीक् सहयोग तथा तेस्तै प्रकार का अन्य राहत कर्यक्रम
लागु गरी हीनताबोध र बदला को भावना बाट मुक्त हुन मद्दत गर्ने।
९-सम्बिधान् सभाको स्थापना नभए सम्म बर्तमान् प्रतिनीधिसभा लाइ state lagimitacy को लागि बिघटन नगर्ने ।

ZZ को कुरामा मेरो समर्थन छ । साधारण शब्दमा भन्ने हो भने जरुरी कामहरु भनेको यी हुन ।
१) जनतालाइ शान्ति सुरक्षाको अनुभुति गराउने । लुटपाट र जथाभावि हुने कार्यहरु नियन्त्रण गर्ने ।
२) माओबादी पनि सरकारमा जाने ।
३) संबिधान सभापछि के त? यो कुरो छलफलमा ल्याउने ।

Goverment army should go back to their barak for this period and after that we should held the election of constitution assembly , after we get new constitution then we shuld go for peopl assmbly which will form new goverment. First of all we should firm the Intirm Goverment with participation of Maoist . After that I think their is peace in Nepal
नं ६ मा “नं २ को सैनिक तालिम” पो भएछ, “नं ५ को सैनिक तालिम” हो, सच्याउनु होला
नं ७ पछि फेरि नं ६, ७, ८ भएछ, नं मिलाएर पढ्नु होला ।
ओहो!!! सिर्जनशील रोडम्यापको आशामा कमेण्टहरु हेरेको त रोषम्याप (रोषै रोषहरु)मात्र पो भेटाए त ।
भनिन्छ नि जौ छरेर गहुँ फल्दैन । यस हिसाबले माओबादीले रोपेको हिंसाको राजनीतिले शान्ति सजिलै ल्याउला भन्ने कुरोमा मलाइ पटक्कै बिश्वास छैन ।
१) सबै सहमत हुनसक्ने खालको राजनीतिक समाधान निकाल्न गाह्रो छ, र त्यतिले मात्रै सबै कुरो होला सामान्य भएर जाला जस्तो लाग्दैन । GP जस्तै ऐनमौकामा आक्रोश प्रस्तूत गर्ने ब्यक्तिहरुलाइ शान्त पार्नु कम कठीन छैन ।
२) हरेक हिंसाको पछाडि तथ्यगत खोजबिन गर्ने हो भने समाजमा बदमासी गरेका, सामान्य हिसाबले सँजाय दिनै पर्ने खालका ब्यक्तिहरु पटक्कै परेका छैनन । तत्कालीन सरकारले “किलो शेरा टु” होस वा अन्य, हरेक दमन योजनामा वास्तबिक दोषि भन्दा निर्दोषहरुलाइ नै बढी सताए । त्यसको जिम्मेवारी कसले कसरी लिनुपर्छ भन्ने कुरो शायद अब कहिल्यै छानबिन हुने छैन, भएपनि वास्तबिक दोषिसम्म छानबिन पुग्न सक्ने छैन ।
३) माओबादी प्रतिहिंसा पनि नं २ मा जस्तै निर्दोष र निमुखाहरुप्रति नै बढी लक्षित थियो । भनेजति चन्दा दिएमा जस्तै शोषक र समाजमा गन्हाएका ब्यक्ति पनि माओबादीका शुभचिन्तक बनेर अभयदान पाउने र त्यसो गर्न नसक्ने वा नमान्नेहरु “सफाया”का भागिदार बन्ने प्रक्रिया प्रति माओबादी नेतृत्त्वले “आत्मालोचना”का शब्दजाल फ्याँक्ने बाहेक अरु केहि नगर्ने स्पष्ट छ।

शायद उमेश-कल्पित “रोडम्याप”ले यसरी बिगत कोट्याउने लक्षराखेको होओइन । जुन नगरीकनै “रोडम्याप”बारे सोच्न थाल्दा “रोषम्याप” नचाहदा नचाहदै पनि आँखा अगाडि नाच्न थाल्छ । भलै म त्यसबाट सक्दो मुक्त रहेर मेरो कल्पना लेख्दैछु । कमसेकम Nepalimacha ले भनेजस्तो e-amusement को निम्ति । किनकि उमेशले भनेजस्तो नेताहरुलाइ इमेलमा फरवार्ड मात्रै गर्दैमा तिनेरुले त्यसलाइ सिरियसलि पढे र प्रतिक्रिया दिए भने त्यो आठौ आश्चर्य हुने छ । जे होस —
१) राजतन्त्रलाइ के गर्ने हो ठेगान लगाउने । दाह्रा नङ्ग्रा सबै झिकिसकेपछि पनि यसलाइ राख्ने कि नराख्ने भन्ने कुरोको विवाद मिलाउन अझै गाह्रो होला जस्तो छ । देशको हितको खातिर राजतन्त्र नराखे नै राम्रो, तर राजतन्त्र फ्याँक्दा हुनसक्ने संभावित क्षतिको वास्तबिक मुल्यांकन भइसकेको छैन, त्यो गर्नु जरुरि छ । कहिलेकाहि लाग्छ – राजाको सम्पत्ती र राजदरवारको भत्ता हेरेर केहि नेताहरुले -याल चुहाएका छन, र त ती कुरा अप्रसंगवश पनि निकालिरहन्छन ।
२) संविधान सभाको चुनावपछि के त? हरेक पार्टीले देखन चाहेको संबिधान कस्तो हो त्यो बारे खुल्ला छलफल गर्ने । सबैको सर्वसहमत बुँदाहरु र संबिधान सभाद्वारा टुङ्ग्याउनु पर्ने बुँदाहरु को पहिचान गर्ने । पहिला संबिधान सभाको चुनाव होस, त्यसपछि देखा जायगा भन्ने खालको कुराहरुले समस्या चर्काउछ मात्रै ।
३) संसको चुनावको निमित्त हतियार ब्यबस्थापन, सुरक्षा र अनुगमनको निम्ति संरासंसित परामर्श थाल्ने र सरकारमा माओबादीलाइ सहभागि गर्ने । हालको संसदमा नै पुरानो राष्ट्रीय सभाको ६० जना पनि समायोजन गर्ने र माओबादी पार्टीको सिफारिशबाट ५० जनालाइ थप सांसद पदमा बहाल गर्ने । सबै पार्टीहरुको सहमतिमा केहि नागरीक समाजमा ब्यक्तित्त्वहरु पनि थप्न सकिन्छ । बिबाद निस्किए १० सांसदको सिफारीशमा १ नागरीकसमाजको प्रतिनिधि गरि बढिमा ३० जना थप्ने । यसो गर्दा २०५+६०+५०+३० =३४५ जनाको संयुक्त संसद बन्ने छ र यसै संसद मार्फत संबिधान सभाको स्वरुप, क्षेत्र निर्धारण, लगायतका आगामी दिनमा चाहिने कानूनहरु बनाउने र नयाँ संस आएपछि बिघठन गर्ने ।
४) नयाँ निर्वाचन नहुन्जेलको निमित्त पुरानो स्थानिय निकायलाइ नै पुनर्स्थापना गर्ने, तर पहिलाको ५ जना वडा सदस्यलाइ ७ जना बनाइ २ जना माओबादीको तर्फबाट नियुक्त गर्ने र सबै मिलेर गाउँस्तरसम्म बिकासको कार्य अघि बढाउने । यसो गर्दा ४००० गाविसका ३६००० वडामा करीब ७२००० माओबादी कार्यकर्ता बिकास कार्यमा प्रत्यक्ष सहभागी भै योगदान दिने अबसर सिर्जना हुनेछ र भत्काउन भन्दा बनाउन कति गाह्रो रैछ भन्ने थाहा हुनेछ ।
५) नेपालीसेनाको अधिकृत (मेजर) स्तर सम्मको सबै पदमा हाल बहाल रहेकाहरुलाइ एउटा छुट्टै Pool बनाइ सरुवा गर्ने, ती मध्य छिटो रिटायर हुनेबाहेकका अरुलाइ बिशेष तालीममा पठाउने । तालीममा नजानेहरुलाइ सैनिकसेवालाइ चुस्तकसरी बनाउने भन्ने अनुसन्धानमा संलग्न गराउने । केहिलाइ कामु पदभार पनि दिने ।
६) माओबादी सेनाको अधिकृत स्तर सम्मका पदमा रहेकालाइ पनि नं २ को सैनिक तालीममा सहभागि गराउने । र निश्चीत अवधिको तालीम पछि एक वा दुइतहमाथिको पदमा प्रतिस्पर्धा गराइ पुनर्बहालि गर्ने । प्रतिस्पर्धामा पछाडि परेकालाइ पुन तालिममै राख्ने ।
७) माओबादी सेनाबाट नेपाली सेनामा जानचाहने जवानहरुलाइ अन्यपार्टिको राजनीतिक बिचारहरुको पनि अध्ययन गर्न लगाउने, र जान नचाहनेलाइ निशस्त्र पारी माओबादीको राजनीति वा सामान्य जीवनयापनतिर जान दिने । सामान्य जीवनयापनतिर जानचाहनेलाइ CTEVT मार्फत प्राविधिक तालीम प्रदान गर्ने । नेपाली सेनाका जवानहरुलाइ पनि राजनीतिक रुपमा चेतनशील बनाउने ।
६) सबै राजनीतिक पार्टीलाइ कुनै पनि किसिमको चन्दा, लेबिहरु उठाउन पूर्ण प्रतिबन्ध लगाउने । हरेक राजनीतिक पार्टीलाइ चाहिने खर्च सरकारले दिने र हरेक बर्ष ती खर्चहरुको बिस्तृतबिबरण एउटा स्वतन्त्रआयोगलाइ बुझाउने । उक्त आयोग निर्वाचन आयोग जस्तै autonomous, powerful र सर्वस्वीकार्य हुनु जरूरी छ । उक्त आयोगका सद्स्यहरु सबै लेखापरीक्षणमा कम्तिमा स्नातक हुनु जरुरी । हरेक पार्टीले एकजना प्रतिनिधि उक्त आयोगमा पठाउने र मुख्य जिम्मेवारी संसदले नियुक्त गरेको आयुक्तको तजबीजमा हुने । यस्तो आयोगले पार्टीको गत बर्षको खर्चको मुल्यांकन गरी आगामी बर्षको निमित्त बजेटको सिफारिस गर्ने छ । तत्कालको लागि हरेक पार्टीको आ-आफ्नो बजेटलाइ आधार बनाएर किस्ताबन्दीमा महिना महिना को लागि चाहिने रकम उपलब्ध गराउने । तर यसमा माओबादीको सैनिक खर्च समाबेश हुने छैन ।
७) माओबादीको सैन्यखर्च सबै सरकारले ब्यहोर्ने । यसको लागि माओबादीले पारदर्शीपुर्वक सहयोग गर्नु पर्ने ।
८) सरकारलाइ आर्थिकरुपमा सक्षम र स्वावलम्वि बनाउन करप्रणाली चुस्त बनाउने । करको दायरा र रेट दुइवटै बढाउने । करमा हिनामिना गर्ने र करदातालाइ दुख दिने कर्मचारीलाइ गम्भीर सँजाय दिने ।
९) नेपाली सेना र माओबादी सेनालाइ प्रयोग गरेर भारततिरको खुल्ला सिमानालाइ अनुगमन गर्ने । निकट भबिष्यमा यो सिमानालाइ बन्द नै गर्ने । नेपाल भित्रिने र बाहिरिने ब्यक्तिहरुलाइ परिचयपत्र हुनै पर्ने ब्यबस्था लगाउने ।
माथि अशोक कार्कीले नि केहि राम्रा कुराहरु लेखे जस्तो लाग्याछ। तर English comment र Roman Nepali comment नपढ्ने बानी लागेकोले खास कुरो के हो थाहा छैन । कसैले जाँगरलगाएर पढेको छ र राम्रो रैछ भने कपि पेष्ट गर्दा हुन्छ । र कता हो Nepalimacha ले फाँसि कसरी कसलाइ दिने भन्ने कमेण्ट लेखेको रैछ । मलाइ त्यो पनि मन पर्यो । माथि ८ नं को सँजाय पनि त्यस्तै फाँसिको हदसम्मै राख्दा नि हुन्छ । नेपाल बिग्रेको नै नेपालीको माफ गर्ने बानिले गर्दा हो । त्यसैले आइन्दा देश र समाज बिगार्नेहरुलाइ हदै दर्जाको सँजाय दिने कुरो प्रति मेरो पूर्ण समर्थन छ । २१औं शताब्दीमा दया माया गर्न नहुनी रैछ क्या !!!
हे भगवान, यो खड्गे र माकुने जस्ता २-४ जना नेता अझै नेपाल मा हुने हो भने नेपाल को अस्तित्व उहिलेइ मेटिइ सकिन्थीयो कसरी हुन्छ यो बार्ता सफल बनाउनु छैन, माओवादी लाई बिच्क्यौने खाल को भाषाण पो गर्दै रहेछन ।
माओवादी ले बार्ता टोली गठन गरी सक्दा पनि , मलाई यो मन्त्रालय र त्यो मन्त्रालय भनेर २-३ हप्ता बिताउने नकच्ररा हरु पनि लाज् नमानि बोल्दा रहिछन्।हैन ए डाँका हो, तिमी हरुलाई सत्ता मा पुर्याउन, कुर्सि को लुछा चुडि गर्न, जनताले छाति मा गोली थापेका हुन कि क्या हो? स् हिद हरुलाई दिने भनेको रकम कहाँ हाल्यो ?
अब आउने दसैंमा माकुने फेरी ज्ञानेलाई पैसा रखी ढोग्न जाला नि ?
ज्ञानेको खेताला जसरि काम नगर्, जनताले सुपरिम पावर दिएको छ, जती सक्दो चाडओ संबिधान सभाको तिथी तोकियोस् हैन, भने तिमी हरु सबै लाई जनताले शाहीद बनाउने छन । होशियार

तपाइँहरु कुर्सि मोह त्यागनुस। अन्य agenda हरुलाइ थाँति राखेर भए पनि वार्ताको वाताबरणलाइ पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनुहोस। माओवादिहरुलाई वार्ताको लागि तत्काल बोलाउनुस, हालको संसद बिघटन तत्काल गरिहाल्नुस। त्यस पछि उनिहरुलाई अन्तरिम सारकारमा सामेल गराई मिलेर अघाडि बढ्नुस।
तर होशियार ! वार्ता बिथोलिन सक्छ।
कि, तपाईँहरु अझै संबैधानिक राजतन्त्र प्रजातन्त्रको दाउमा हुनुहुन्छ? यदि यसो हो भने नेपाल र नेपालीको आर्को दुर्भाग्य।

काठमाडौ १० जुन २००६ । सरकारले आफ्नो तर्फबाट वार्तामा ढिलाइ नभएको बताइरहेकै बेला नेकपा माओवादीका वार्ता टोलीका सदस्य दीनानाथ शर्माले सरकारकै कारण वार्तामा ढिलाइ भएको बताएका छन् ।
आज एक टेलिभिजन च्यानलसँग कुरा गर्दै माओवादी वार्ता टोली सदस्य शर्माले भने, हाम्रो तर्फबाट हामी जतिबेला पनि तयार छौ, हामी वार्ताको होलटाइमर हो पूर्णकालीन कामको जिम्मा लिएर वार्तामा हामी आएका छौ । सरकारी पक्षबाट ढिलाइ भएको बताउँदै शर्माले सरकारी पक्षबाट जुन प्रकारको ढिलाइ भएको छ, त्यसलाई हामीले अहिलेसम्म बुझ्न सकेका छैनौ । हामीलाई लाग्छ सरकारले आफ्नो संसदको काम, मन्त्रालयको काम र आफ्ना पार्टीको काममा समेत वार्ता टोलीका मित्रहरु सक्रिय हुनुपर्ने भएको कारणले पनि यो ढिलाइ भएको हो भन्ने पनि लाग्छ ।
आजै मात्र उपप्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओलीले सरकारी पक्षका कारण वार्तामा ढिलाइ नभएको बताएको सन्दर्भमा शर्माले सरकारले समय नदिएपछि हामी फुर्सदको समयमा आफ्नो कार्यक्रमहरुमा पनि गएका छौ त्यो हाम्रो सहायक काम हो प्रधान काम हामी वार्ताका लागि भनेर राजधानी आएर बसेका छौ । हामी चौबीसै घण्टा वार्तामा कसेर एउटा निष्कर्ष निकाल्नुपर्छ र राजनीतिक एजेण्डामा प्रवेश गरेर राजनीतिक मुद्दाहरुलाई समाधान गरेर छिटोभन्दा छिटो संविधानसभाको तिथि मिति घोषणा हुनुपर्छ भन्नेमा हामी स्पष्ट छौ । हामी त्यसका लागि जुनसुकै बेला जुनसुकै स्थानमा उपस्थित छौ भने ।
त्यस्तै सरकारले माओवादीले आफ्नो माग बढाइरहेको भन्ने आरोप लगाएको सन्दर्भमा संसद भंगको माग हाम्रो नयाँ र थपिएको माग होइन, थपिएको माग हो कसैले भन्छ भने त्यो उहाँहरुको मुर्खता हो र १२ बुँदे समझदारी गर्ने बेलामा नै हामीले संसद सवालमा स्वीकार गरेका थिएनौ र त्यहाँ समझदारी भएको थियो त्यसअनुसार संविधानसभाको घोषणा गर्नका लागि मात्रै हुन्छ र सात दिनभित्रै यो संसद विघठन हुन्छ भन्ने सहमतिका आधारमा संसद भंगको माग राखेका छौ । हामीले थपेका छैनौ भन्ने दावी गरेका छन् ।

I hope it will happen as I have just now read a news that parliament is postponed on the emphasis for the discussion with Maoist. This is a good news. As Madhav Nepal has said this negotiation (discussion) should be completed within a week or two. Let SPA and Maoist concentrate on it. ALL THE BEST.

Although I have been being far from the political games and the revolutionary movement of Nepal and even from the voting rights because of personal reasons, I do understand the root of the problem and know my country very well. Illiteracy or absence of proper education is the major root problem of our country and has provided the fruitful ground for the King and politicians. The Shah dynasty has taken the benefit of it for last 237 years making themselves richer. Other political parties are claiming that they are the people’s representatives just by getting votes during so called elections. We are aware how votes are collected. Almost 80 percent of the people has no idea about their rights and responsibilities and similar proportions of leaders have no any visions or understanding of the root problem and also have no idea about the percepective and goal of the nation. This figure may be low at present situation due the feudalistic type of democracy practiced for last 15 years and because of maoist activities for last 11 years. We should give them credit for the political awareness and education raised over past few years. Now, Maoist are claming that they are controling the 70 – 80 percent area of the country – yeah rightly they might have control, but not support of people. Hardly they will be able to get 10 percent of total votes if fair and unbiased election will be conducted after the country will go in republican setup. For the civil society and Nepali people it is the right time to eliminate the King, Maoist and feudalistic leaders (In some parties, I will not wonder if the leadership will be inherited)of some parties by choosing the republican setup and conducting fair all-inclusive democartic election. So, the following steps will be appropriate for the solution of our political crisis.
1. The prime concern should be the peace talk between the Maoist and SPA. They should resolve their disagreement based on the priciples of people’s sovereignity and independency. The present representative body should should declare an interim constitution and interim all-inclusive government. Then there is no need of present representative body and it should be dissolved or it should remain inactivated unless emergency or similar crisis occurs from any site.
2. This government should decide regarding the reformation and reorganization of Nepali army under UN or similar organization control and decide regarding the local representative bodies.
3. This government should divide the country in 5 autonomous regions and inside the regions, electoral area should be based on all-inclusive principle with equal representation from all ethnicity and minority based on population.
4. After taking the decision regarding the modality of constitutional assembly election and its representativeness, fair election of CA should be conducted under the supervision of international organizations.
5. Then this CA should decide regarding the modality of our constitution and amend it. After the amendement of new constitution, same body may act as the new representative body.

5-Maoist leader start dialouge,disscussion and intaraction as a free people
6-7 party be clear about ceremonial democracy or presidential democracy.
7-Start peacefull constitutional discussion, submit the for example constituion to people, we will read,recommend or protest.
8-Once we know the face of new constitution,lets call for constitutional convention to be participated by all the intelectual, spiritual, political and religious society withoust any discrimination.
9-No single authority, individual or party or line of political ideaology will try to take advantage of
10-Once we discuss all the problem that our existing political power could not solve untill now, need to be presented in the new constituion.
11-We need to dispatch that draft constitution to all the legal pannal of 14zone and 75 district to study to find out whether the constitution supports the decentralization to protect the right of minor or not
12-Once the 75 district draft their own or approve the already drafted, need to present for final election or need to present to the parliament with the maoist involvment in the temporary government.
13- All these are possible not from the party or it’s SENAS but from the formation of special constitutional legal unit to question every demand raised by the party and people.
At last not the least, The nation comes first not the party or it’s principle.
You want to make party stronger then join the maoist or other,But if you like to make the nation stronger first, then we need new constitution that will favor nobody or no institution but to the nation itself.
Again our society is not built by Senas, It is build by the social contract of our traditional necessities.

Here are the unbaised solutions for CA.
1. Draft the Interime Sambidhan involving 7 party, Maoist and Nagarik Samaj
2. Organize Golemale Sambelon of 7 party, Maoist, and Nagarik Samaj, and form interime government
3. Disolve the parliament, as there are numbers of parliamentarian faces in the house who were active supporters of the king’s rule. They are not the faces people would like to see on the parliament. But discrementarory entry to the past elected parliamentarian in the parliament is not possible within this constitution. Also, the people were not happy with almost all of these parliamentarians, hence the house should be disolved. Indeed, the inner heart of the agitators were not infavour of looking these faces in the house as they also accumulated a lot of problem in the past. The progressive activities being shown in these days in the parliament ignoring the concent of the Maoist is not justfied as most of the action passed in the parliament were of the Maoist demand. These parliamentarian were scilent or ven speak up in against these demand when they were ruling the country. Hence, even if the activities in the parliament are progressive but still looks unnatural, and unethical to go without involving Maoist.
4. Do not activate local level member, and also ask Maoist to disolve there grameen level Janasarkar for a fair and impartial CA.
5. The CA should be the deciding factor whether people wants the ruling of the country without king or with the existance of kingship of any forms (i.e., active, ceremonial, or constitutional etc).
