युध्दविराम भइरहेको बेला वाकयुध्द चलेको जस्तो छ अहिले। घरी एक थरीले एउटा बोल्छन्, घरी त्यसको खण्डन आउँछ अनि घरी त्यो खण्डनको आलोचना आउँछ। अब हेर्नुस् न, ठ्याक्कै एक हप्ताअगाडि शुक्रबार माअोवादी अध्यक्षले बालुवाटारस्थित प्रम निवासमा नै बसेर सेनाको आलोचना गरे। हिजो सेनाले वक्तव्य निकालेर आपत्ति जनायो। अनि आज फेरि एक मन्त्रीले सेनाले राजनीतिक वक्तव्यबाजी गरेर शान्तिवार्ता भाँड्न खोजेको आरोप लगाए।
नेपाली काँग्रेसका केन्द्रीय सदस्य समेत रहनुभएका कृषि तथा सहकारी मन्त्री महन्थ ठाकुरले आज राजधानीमा आयोजित एक कार्यक्रममा रक्षामन्त्री देशबाहिर रहेको बेलामा सेनाले राजनीतिक वक्तव्यबाजी गरेर शान्ति वार्ता भाँड्न खोजेको आरोप लगाउनु भएको हो। माअोवादी पनि राजनीतिको एक अंग भइसकेको अवस्थामा व्यक्तिप्रति लक्षित गरी वक्तव्यबाजी गर्दा शान्तिवार्तामा आएका माअोवादीहरुको विचारधारा परिवर्तन हुनसक्ने डर रहेको पनि मन्त्रीले बताउनु भयो।
रक्षा मन्त्रालयले वक्तव्य निकाल्न अस्वीकार गरेपछि सेनाले आफै हिजो सुटुक्क वक्तव्य निकालेको खुलासा मन्त्री ठाकुरले गर्नुभयो। यस विषयमा सरकारको धारणा रक्षामन्त्री स्वदेश फर्किएपछि आउने जानकारी पनि उहाँले दिनुभयो।
रक्षामन्त्रीको समेत कार्यभार सम्हाल्नुभएका प्रधानमन्त्री कोइराला बिहीबार अस्पतालबाट डिस्चार्ज हुनुभएको छ र उहाँ सोमबार फर्कने आशा राखिएको छ।
हेरौं, अब यो वाकयुध्दले कस्तो रुप लिने हो। आचारसंहितामा त एक अर्कालाई उत्तेजित पार्ने विचारधारा गर्न नपाइने भनेका हुन्।

माओवादी सेनामा पनि बिकृती नभएका होईनन । उनिहरु पनि कति निर्दोष ब्यक्तीहरुलाई राजनीतिक आस्थाको आधारमा मरेका छन्। कति ठाउमा लुत्पात मचाएका छन्। यस्को बारेमा पनि त छानबिन हुनु पर्यो।
अनी माओवादीका बिरुध सेना लगाउने को हो? अहिलेको सात दलमा रहेका नेताहरु होईनन? बिरेन्द्रले त माओवादीका बिरुध सेनाको प्रयोग नगर्ने धारणा राखेका होईनन । सेनाले गरेको गल्तीका जिम्मेवारी तेसबेलाको मन्त्रीपरिषदले लिनु पर्छ । सेनालाई मात्र आरोप लगाएर हुँदैन्न । नोकरले गल्ती गर्यो भने तेस्को आरोप मालिकलाई जान्छ होइने र ? नेपालमा जस्ले जे बोले पनि हुन्छ जस्तो छ ।

What the hell Royal Army had done when there was encroachment by indian side in several borders of Nepal. All these Chief army personnal are dipped in corruption. We need the strong vioce in the 21st century not the bulk of army who neither can fight with the super power neighbour like India and China. In my personal what Prachanda analyzed is the right.
Rather than feeding them in Barack better utilize them in construcive work like infrastructure development. Other one thing what is true is that they destroyed the infrastructure the past but if now they want to correct themselves we have to provide them opportunity. Never blame the Maoist alone for the all the things. Think why Maoist got success its all due to failure of past regime to be inclusive.
In my view why we are suffering today is due to the existence of bueaurocracy that was inherited from panchayat and in case of army even from Rana regime. Therefore all these structure need either complete revolution or atleast the through screening.

I do not know what is in the mind of the SPA leaders and the civil society; why are they so scared of saying right to right and wrong to wrong? Yes, they do not want to offend the Maoists, even when their kidnappings and kilings are going on, but when it comes to sovereignty? NOW THE KING IS CONDEMNED TO DEATH, OUR COUNTRY IS REPUBLIC, NO ONE WILL ACCEPT ANYTHING LESS THAN THAT. AND WE WILL HAVE A PARLIAMENT AND LEADERS WHOM WE WILL CHOOSE, WITHOUT ANY FEAR. KATHMANDU: Stripped of his powers and facing the possibility of losing his crown, Nepal’s King Gyanendra has fallen prey to acute depression, a media report said.
The king, virtually confined to the palace since April, when mass protests forced him to surrender the absolute power he had seized, is being treated for melancholia and depression, the Nepali weekly Ghatana R Bichar reported.
In sharp contrast to 15 months of his direct rule, when he held regular meetings with ministers in the Narayanhity palace in Kathmandu or visited the outer districts to give public audiences, the king now prefers to remain solitary, sitting in the same place for long periods and staring into space blankly.
Sometimes, he is heard muttering to himself: “What did I do wrong? I was only trying to do people good.”
Three doctors — Khagendra Shrestha, Mrigendra Raj Pandey and K Singh Rana — are conducting regular checkups, the weekly said.
Despite a severe loss of face and making himself immensely unpopular after his authoritarian reign, the king is yet to accept responsibility for the debacle. He still tends to blame others. His blood pressure is not normal and he is said to have cut down on his drinking. The malady comes on the eve of his 59th birthday on July 7.
Earlier, a royal birthday used to be celebrated lavishly, with millions spent on parties at the palace as well as Nepali embassies and consulates abroad. This time, according to another weekly, Jana Aastha, the embassies abroad have been told to drop the celebrations.
The royal family is accustomed to going to Britain for medical treatment. However, with Nepal teetering on the verge of an economic collapse, it remains to be seen if parliament or the Maoists would approve spending large sums for the royal family’s treatment abroad.

Prachanda, remarks on Army, as a visioner of new Neapl was in the context of reducing the number of Nepal Army. May be the way he tried to justify his vision on the issue although is based on truth, angered the army which is reflected in the press statement of Nepal army which is also not correct in the present context.

Anyone can complain about their sovereignty. This is their right. Who is he who can discourage the only force of Nepal.
Whatever they do is not the matter of interest but Nepal army in the only authentic army in Nepal now.
Maoist are also doing no more than looting, killing, destroying and raping. I do not see any vision in Prachanda who is no more than a high school teacher.
There will be fight again and a great diversity will arise. And the greatest blame goes to him and political parties.

I think the very question is wrong. We are here not to fight with china, india or USA. We need to develop good relationship with these three and make business relation s not fight with them.
Army has no right to give any kind of press release without consultation with the defense ministry. They should be punished for their irresponsible act.
Well it is really high time for each of us has to work towards the lasting peace. Any statement which might distablize the process should not be encourged. However, PRACHANDA’s comments was really objectionable. NA then RNA was not just mere a institution it represents our country and it is also responsible for propagating message of peace and harmony around the globe. २० औं शताब्दीका क्रान्ति र प्रतिक्रान्तिका अनुभवहरुले कुन कुरालाई पनि स्पष्टसंग पर््रदशित गरे भने र्सवहारा वर्गीय सही क्रान्तिकारी विचार, नीति र योजनाका आधारमा अगाडि बढ्दा करिब शू्न्यको स्थितिबाट जनसमुदायले दुश्मनको अत्याधुनिक र शक्तिशाली सेनालाई धूलोपिठो पार्न सक्ने अपराजेय जनसेनाको विकास गर्न सक्दो रहेछ, तर पार्टर्ीी गलत विचार हावी भएमा त्यही सेना प्रतिक्रान्तिको हतियार बन्न पुग्दो रहेछ । अनुभवले जनसेनाका सर्न्दर्भमा पनि के साबित गरेको छ भने क्रान्ति पर्ूवको कमजोर र कठिन घडीमा त्याग, तपस्या, वीरता, वलिदान र वैचारिक निष्ठासहित जनसमुदायसंग एकाकार हुदैं दुश्मनका विरुद्धको युद्ध मोर्चामा अपराजेय साबित हुने जनसेना राज्यसत्ता कब्जा भइसके पछि क्रमश व्यारेकमा विशेष व्यवस्था अर्न्तर्गत रहने वर्ुर्जुवा आधुनिक नियमित सेना बन्ने प्रवृत्ति प्रबल हुंदै जाने भौतिक परिवेश बन्दछ । र्सवहारा वर्गीय विचार एवं जनसमुदायको निगरानी, नियन्त्रण र सेवामा रहने कुरालाई सुनिश्चित गर्ने विधि र संरचनाको विकास गर्न नसक्ने हो भने त्यो प्रवृत्ति झाङ्गदिै गएर एउटा निश्चित बिन्दुमा पुगे पछि सेना स्वाभाविकरुपले प्रतिक्रान्तिको सेवागर्ने हतियारमा परिणत हुन पुग्दछ । उपरोक्त स्थितिको पुनरावृत्ति हुनबाट रोक्नको लागि प्रारम्भदेखि नै जनसेनामा वैचारिक र राजनैतिक कामलाई र्सवाधिक महत्वका साथ सञ्चालन गर्ने र प्रतिक्रान्तिका विरुद्ध व्रि्रोहको चेतनाद्धारा सिंगो सैन्यपंक्ति एवं आम जनसमुदायसम्मलाई सुसज्जित पार्ने कुरामा जोड दिनु पर्दछ । यसकासाथै २१ औं शताब्दीको जनसेना भनेको राज्यसत्ता कब्जा गरिसके पछि निश्चित ब्यारेकमा बसेर विशेष तालिम र हतियारद्धारा आधुनिक बन्ने प्रक्रियामा होइन आम जनसमुदायलाई नै सैनिकीकरण गर्ने तथा जनसमुदाय कै सेवागर्ने क्रान्तिकारी संवाहक बनिराख्ने कुरामा सुनिश्चित गर्नु पर्दछ । वैचारिक र भौतिक दुबै दृष्टिले सशस्त्र जनसमुदायको विकास गरेर मात्र वैदेशिक प्रतिकृयावादी हस्तक्षेपको प्रतिरोध गर्न एवं प्रतिक्रान्तिलाई रोक्न सकिन्छ भन्ने कुरामा अहिले देखिनै सैन्यपंक्तिमा स्पष्ट दृष्टिकोण विकास गर्न जोड लगाउनु पर्दछ । व्रि्रोहको अधिकार प्रयोग गर्न सचेत सशस्त्र जनसमुदायको विकास गर्ने ऐतिहासिक दायित्व पूरा गर्ने कार्यभार नै २१औ शताब्दीको जनसेनाको प्रमुख कार्यभार हुनु पर्दछ ।

बक्तब्यबाजी गरेर पुग्दैन, कार्वाही पनि गर्न सक्नु पर्यो । प्यारजङ थापालाई किन कारबाही नगरिएको हो त्यस्कै प्रतिफल हो कि सेनाले मन्त्री लाई नपुछेको । त्यसैले जती सक्यो चाँडै कार्वाही गर्नु पर्यो, अनि सबाथोक ठीक हुन्छ । सेनाको बक्तब्यबाट के थाहा हुन्छभने मरेको दर्वारिया शेरको सास भर्ने काम पनि भै रहेको छ । येस्को लागि सात दलको पुराना नेताहरु पनि उत्तिकै जिम्मेवारि छन । किनकि माधब् कुमार नेपाल, शेरबहादुर् देउवा लगायतका नेताहरुको गैरजिम्मेवारि कुराहरुले नै आज यो अवस्थाको बीजरोपन् भयेको हो । सबै जनताले यो कुरा भुझिसकेका छन । अबको क्रान्त्तिको बज्रपात सबभन्दा पहिले तपाई नेताहरुमा जाने छ र जानु पनि पर्दछ ।
If prachanda can in the national broadcast allege the National Army of being the Rapist, why can’t the National Army just make a press release and refute his ramark.
Else declare the National Army a terrorist organization and replace them by the Maoists.

By the proclamation of the parliament few weeks ago, we heard Royal Nepal army was changed into Nepal army but the character of the army is still Royalist. The comment of Prachanda wasnt appropriate but that should be responded by the government and ministry of defense not by army because army isnt independent organization. So the present government should take action against those who are responsible for this.

well, j hunu cha tyo ta vai halcha, even the god shiva has to drink poison becoz of such time. So no-one can stop what is going to happen. But of course everybody wants peace from army side or from jana-sena side – it’s only the neta log whoever makes the conflict between everything and that also surprising that people follow them.
Lets hope for the best.

This is not good to defend by army with out permission of priminister. why they are envolving themself in politics .they can do their job.King is also in prasure and he is not speaking single word then why army speak.Let’s it should decide by our janta janardan weather king their or wheather army should decrease or wheather as it is ,Mukh chito chaluna hudaeena kaseelay pani,do your work efficintly then nobody point out you.go ahead

KATHMANDU: Stripped of his powers and facing the possibility of losing his crown, Nepal’s King Gyanendra has fallen prey to acute depression, a media report said.
The king, virtually confined to the palace since April, when mass protests forced him to surrender the absolute power he had seized with the help of the army last year, is being treated for melancholia and depression, the Nepali weekly Ghatana R Bichar reported.
In sharp contrast to 15 months of his direct rule, when he held regular meetings with ministers in the Narayanhity palace in Kathmandu or visited the outer districts to give public audiences, the king now prefers to remain solitary, sitting in the same place for long periods and staring into space blankly.
Sometimes, he is also heard muttering to himself: “What did I do wrong? I was only trying to do people good.”
Three doctors – Khagendra Shrestha, Mrigendra Raj Pandey and K. Singh Rana – are conducting regular checkups, the weekly said.
Despite a severe loss of face and making himself immensely unpopular after his authoritarian reign, the king is yet to accept responsibility for the debacle. He still tends to blame others.
His blood pressure is not normal and he is said to have cut down on his drinking. The malady comes on the eve of his 59th birthday on July 7.
Earlier, the royal birthday used to be celebrated lavishly with millions spent on parties at the palace as well as Nepali embassies and consulates abroad. Committees, comprising hundreds of people, used to be formed to oversee the birthday preparations.
This time, according to another weekly, Jana Aastha, the embassies abroad have been told to drop the celebrations.
The royal family is accustomed to going to Britain for medical treatment. Even when the king’s overweight daughter, Princess Prerana, wanted a liposuction before her marriage, she went to London.
Queen Komal, who received bullet injuries during the palace massacre in 2001, also goes to London for checkups. The king himself went to London in 2003 for his last health check-up.
However, with Nepal teetering on the verge of an economic collapse and asking for foreign assistance to bail out the economy, it remains to be seen if parliament or the Maoists would approve spending large sums for the royal family’s treatment abroad.
In the last four years, after the king began controlling the government, the budget for the royal family was hiked by over six times. Though in the fiscal 2001-02, the government had allocated Nepali Rs.126.3 million for the palace, after seizing direct control last year, King Gyanendra increased the sum further to Rs.751.2 million.
High-level visits abroad during the royal regime alone cost the state Rs.360 million.
wot this government can do? nepal army is not doing on the direction of govenrment. army is directing the govenrment. pm girija prasad was threatened by COAS pyar jung thapa. now the obstacle of nepal army and king is maoist army and prachanda. if there were no army in moist and prachanda would not exist in nepal, these so called SPA leaders would be in jail or under house arrest this time. wot the SPA leader can do? they were put in jail or house arrest in the past. in the same way king would rule the country. indirectly moist army is the security force for this government, everyone need to know that who are in the government.
SPA leaders now need to open their ears and eyes to know that maoist army arenot their enemy but their security.
see in news today, sarad chandra shah royalist escaped from the country. i had writting in this blog, even this government cant put those culprits in jail government need to keep on eyes on them and stop them from travelling out of kathmandu city. the interim government with interim constitution will punish them, no doubt. interim govenment will be with full power and ligilatiy unlike this disabled government.
नेपाली सेना वास्तवमै शाही सेना रहेको तथ्य यही बक्तब्यबाट पनि स्पस्ठ भएको छ । राजनैतीक बिषयमा सेनाले होईन कि मन्त्रालय वा बिभागले बक्त्त्यव लिकाल्ने हो । हालै सेनाले गरेको टिप्पणी राजनैतीक बिषय हो र यसलाई राजनैतीक रुपले नै समाधान गर्नु पर्छ ।

सरकार् ले सेना चलाउने हो, सेनाले सरकार् चलाउने होइन। प्रजातान्तृक् ब्यबस्थाम सेना आफ्नो अनुशासनमा बस्नु पर्दछ। शाहि सरकरमा जस्तो जे पायो तेहि बोल्ने र गर्ने होइन।
माओवादी मन्त्री सबै पद का भोका मात्र हुन । माओवादी ले पहिला २०४६ शाल मा प्रजतन्त्र आएपछी चुनाव म जनता को मन जितेर सत्ता लिन नसक्ने देखे पछी जङल पसेक हुन । १० बर्ष सम्मा लुटपात र आतंक ले जनता लाई भयबित पारे देश लाई २० बर्ष पछी धकेले तर नेता भनौदा हरु , प्रचन्ड जस्ता, लुटेका पैसा म मोज गरेर बसे जस्को उधाहरन प्रचन्ड को लूक ले पनि देखाएको छ । यिनी हरु कसैलाइ राष्ट्र र राष्ट्रियता को मतलब छैन खाली पद र पैसा को मात्र लो भ हो । जस् को उधाहरन माओवादी हरु ले दिन थलिसकेक छन ।
अहिले का नेता भनाउदा माओवादीको ओला मा नाचिन्छन् ।। माओवादिले चन्दा उठाउँने अपहरण गर्ने जिविस बन्ने जस्ता कार्यले चाँही क्षन बार्ताको कामलाइ राम्रो गराइराखेको छ है ।।।
सबै जना आफ्नो ठाँउमा बसे र रम्ररी बोले त केही बिग्रिदैन त हौँ ।।। सबै एक अर्कालाइ होच्यउनै खोज्छन् ।।।
वाह ! मन्त्री ज्यू वाह !!! , माओबादीले जे पायो त्यही बोल्दै हिड्दा चाँही “हिजडा” झै थपडी बजाउने अनि सेनाले आरोपको खण्डन गर्दा चाँही वार्ता भाँडिने डर ??
यो हुतिहारा नेताहरुले जनताको मन नपर्ने प्यार जंग थापालाई कारवाही गर्न नसक्नुको उपज हो। सेनालाई राजनिति सम्बन्धि विज्ञप्ति, वक्तब्य दिने कुनै अधिकार छैन। यो प्यार जंगलाई छिटो कारवाही गर नत्र जनताले कानून हातमा लिनु पर्ने हुन्छ – त्यस्वेला जनताले तिमि हुतिहारा नेताहरुलाई पनि भरत केशरलाई जस्तै सडकमा कारवाही गर्ला होश गर्नु, बेलैमा बुद्धि पुर्याउनु।
in democracy everyone is free to criticize and we should not take that negatively. but comments on nepali army directly and indirectly affects nepalese sovergnity.
we know nepalese army are not good enough coz of lack of training and eqpuipment.
prachanda wants everyone to get army training. prachanda wants nepal to be palestine and israel. he was talking about 20000 army personnal. first maoist needs to lay their arm destroy are weapons and break their army personnals. this will bring permanent peace in nepal.
