सुनिए अनुसार प्रहरीले गठन गरेको छानबिन टोलीको प्रतिवेदन अनुसार कारबाही हुने गरी हाललाई इन्सपेक्टर आभुषणलाई ससम्मान दरबारमार्ग प्रहरी चौकीमा फिर्ता पठाइएको छ। उहाँलाई हिजो शक्तिकेन्द्रको दबाबमा जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय फिर्ता बोलाएर कारबाही गरिएको थियो।

Palestine? धन्न पेट्रोल बम चाँही देखा परेको छैन । विद्यार्थी बर्ग द्बारा सन्चालित बिरोध कार्यक्रमहरुको म समर्थन गर्छु, र अहिलेका विद्यार्थी नेताहरु नै भोलिका नेता हुन (कुनै “बिशेष” परिवर्तन नआएको खण्डमा) भन्ने कुरा मा पानी बिश्वास गर्छु । तर प्रत्येक बिरोध कार्यक्रम यस्तै पाराले गर्ने हुन् भने चाँही ठीक हुन्न ।
टायर बाल्ने, गाडी जलाउने, ढुङ्गामुधा गर्ने – यस्ता कु-प्रथाहरु सबै त्यागी नयाँ image लिएर मा समाज सामु आउन विद्यार्थीहरुलाई मेरो अनुरोध छ । परिवर्तन आँफै बाट शुरु हुन्छ ।
उमेशजी, यहाँ तपाईंले केही प्रत्यक्षदर्शी हरुको बयान प्रस्तुत गर्नु भएको छ, तर मैले अझै केही कुरा बुझ्न सकिराख्या छुइन – जस्तै प्रहरि घटनास्थलमा पुग्न किन त्यती ढिलाई भयो? किन त्यहाँ रहेका विद्यार्थी र अन्य सर्वसाधारण जनताले प्रहरिमा रिपोर्ट गरेनन? घाईते देख्दा देख्दै ambulance अथवा अन्य emergency service को प्रबन्ध गरेनन्? घाईते त आँफै अस्पताल पुगे क्यारे होईन र? के, एउटा निहुँ मात्र पर्खिबसेका थिए त विद्यार्थीहरु? के विद्यार्थी नेताहरुमा यती organizational skills पनि थिएन त? अनि गाडी किन जलाए? “त्यो चोरले देशको सम्पत्ति लुटेर किनेको गाडी” भनेर? त्यसो भए देशको सम्पत्ति लुटेर किनेको गाडी जलाउँदा कस्को सम्पत्ति नाश भयो त? देशको कि त्यो चोरको? कति विद्यार्थी नेताहरुलाई पीडित घाईते ब्यक्तिको अवस्था को बारेमा ज्ञान थियो?

Bharat Kesher was guilty of beating and harrasing the biker.
Bharat Kesher did not perform his responsibility towards the biker.
Security failed to protect the biker.
Security failed to protect the guilty men of 4.
Student failed to protect the biker.

The first protection was needed when scuffle started between the biker and Singh Family.
Singh family found guilty with enough witnessan and infront of the law the sing family are punishable.
1st- Singh family are punishable.
2nd- Student are punishable.
3rd- police officer could ask for more help from police headquarter to control the situation. They did not and they faild to protect the minority of the situation as police force. not only that officer but entire police department is punishable for their failure to control the situation.
4th- All the call or any communication to the police department after the events needs to be investigated.
5th- Police officer arrested the guilty person of 4 who were hiding in the Hotel was just the pretention infront of angry students to take the Sing family out of the scene. Now-
5th- The police office neither protected the sing family nor helped them to run away from the place.
The police officer could not escape the singh family only because of the angry students who not only knew that sing family’s action were unlawful but also they came to know the singh was aid de royal camp for king as president of HINDU MAHASANG.

आफै गल्ति गरेर अझै पिडितलाई मार्ने धम्कि र कर्तव्य निष्ठ प्रहरी निरीक्षकलाई जागिर खोस्ने धम्कि दिने यस्ता भरत केशरको बिरोध अब टायर जलायर हैन बरु त्यसको राष्टृय सम्पत्ति लुटेर जोडेको घर जलायर तर्साय पछि बल्ल चुप लाग्छ।यो विद्यार्थि साथी भाईले गर्नै पर्छ। नेपालमा अन्याय परेकालाई न्याय दिन सक्ने भनेको हालको लागि एउटै मात्र शक्ति हो – विद्यार्थि शक्ति। ज्यानको धम्कि पायका शेर्पा दाई तथा उहांको परिवार र साहसि प्रहरी निरीक्षक आभुषण तिमिल्सिनाको रक्षाको जिम्मेवारि पनि विद्यार्थिले लिनु पर्छ – यस्ले ईमान्दार प्रहरी, सैनिक तथा निजामति कर्मचारीको पनि मनोवल उठाउंछ।
Guilty should be punished but not in this way. There are better ways to achieve it but not by disturbing the society and their day to day work and burning tires. This is a third class way by third class people which will destroy the peace in society. No civilized society will adopt this way to punish the culprits. As always these certain pigs should be photographed and brought into book of law for disturbing the peace. And investigation should be carried out with the root cause of the problem, the accident. It should be done by gathering witnesses and their story when it occured. Being a citizen of the democratic country doesnt mean you can involve yourself in anything you want and do whatever that comes into your mind. That means theres no differnence between terrorists and these people.There are proper ways to deal with these problems. Let the laws of the nation handle it.
This is not RANA KO rajya this is now janata ko rajya. People of Nepal should not suffer like this again.
