साउन २१ गते भएको नागरिक सभाका अडियो ब्लगहरु सुनाउने क्रममा आज मैले ल्याएको छु मानवअधिकारकर्मी तथा विगतमा समेत सरकार-माअोवादी वार्ताका सहजकर्ता बनिसक्नुभएका पद्मरत्न तुलाधरको सम्बोधन। बसन्तपुरको विशाल उपस्थिति देखेपछि उनलाई आन्दोलन जारी रहेछ भन्ने विश्वास भयो रे। “नभए मानौं आन्दोलन सकिसक्यो भन्ने भ्रम परिसकेको थियो”, उहाँले अगाडि भन्नुभयो, ७ दलको राजनीतिक आन्दोलन सकिसक्यो, तर जबसम्म लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र प्राप्त हुँदैन, तबसम्म हामी नागरिकहरुको आन्दोलन जारी रहनेछ। तर यो आन्दोलन हप्ता, दुई हप्तामा गर्ने हैन, हरेक पल, हरेक दिन जागा भएर आन्दोलित हुनुपर्छ”
किन त ? उनको विचारमा “किनभने षडयन्त्र भइरहेको छ। अमेरिकाको रिमोट कन्ट्रोलले काम गर्दैछ यो देशमा। जनआन्दोलनले ज्ञानेन्द्रलाई मात्र हैन, अमेरिका र भारतलाई पनि झुकाएको थियो।

उनले अगाडि भने, “हालै एउटा सर्वेक्षणमा संविधान सभा भनेको २० प्रतिशतले मात्र बुझेको छ भन्ने तथ्याङ्क आयो। किन यसो भयो भने सरकारले नेपाली भाषामा मात्र यसको प्रचार गरिरहेको छ। मैथिली भाषामा, गुरुङ भाषामा, तामाङ भाषामा, नेपाल भाषामा जनजातिहरुलाई उनीहरुको भाषामा बुझाइएन।
उनको शब्दमा ‘कागजी बाघ’ प्रतिनिधि सभाले साँच्चिकै घोषणा गर्ने हो भने भाषिक विभेद, जातीय विभेद अन्त्य भयो भनेर घोषणा गर्नुपर्थ्यो, तर गरेन, त्यसैले उनले भने “हामी चर्को स्वरमा प्रतिनिधि सभा विघटन गर्नुपर्ने माग गर्छौं”

२०% जनता त के, २०% नेताहरुलाई नै थाहा छैन होला CA को अर्थ र औचित्य । भाषाको कारण होइन, यिनै नेताहरुको कारण साधारण जनताले बुझ्न नसकेका हुन् CA को अर्थ ।
यहाँ कसैलाई थाहा नभए पद्मा रत्न तुलाधर पञ्चायत कालमा केवल पञ्चे नहुनुको कारण काठमाडौंका जनताले जिताएका ब्यक्ती थिए । त्यस ताका राष्ट्रिय पञ्चायतमा उनि एक्लैले खासै केही गर्न त सक्दैन थिए, तर दुःख को कुरा चाहीँ उनले त्यहाँ एक शब्द पनि बोल्न सकेनन् । चुनाव अघि त ठुला ठुला कुरा त त्यस खेरै पनि गरेका थिए । १९९० आन्दोलन पश्चात उनको राजनैतीक जिन्दगी अझै तल खस्कियो – नेकपाको सिटबाट उठेतापनि आँफैलाई ‘स्वतन्त्र उम्मेद्वार’ भन्दै हिंड्न थाले । राजनीतिमा केही सीप नलागेपछी मानव अधिकारकर्मी बने । उनलाई अहिले पनि कुनै कर्तब्य सहितको पद दिएमा केही गर्ने छैनन्, खाली ठाउँ ठाउँका डबली चढी भाषान मात्रै दिदै हिंड्नेछन ।

It is clear to say that so called MANAB ADHIKAR BADI are one sided to Maoist and are agent like Padma Ranta Tuladhar. Is is write to say that only 20 percent population understand CA because of the language issue. It is a ridiculas to say that I am an engineer of Newari origin have not undestand why CA is required. I am excellent in Nepali language. therefore it is proved that Padma Ranta and Daman Dungana of Maoist group have only two populist agenda of Racial and language issues.
Look because of Maoist problem country has gone back to 50 years.If they belive in democracy than why they can not go with CA with out arms. If results will not in their favor, they will go to say killing path. Lets support liberal like UML and NC not criminals/autocratic/communist what ever you say the same.

These types of gathering should help to bring awareness to the Nepalese people about their rights in the Democratic process. It will incourage the people to speak out against those who have exploited the people for centuries using religion, caste and oppressive methods.

I think things are getting in shape in terms of general understanding of Nepalese people about the international politics, conspiracy of palace and army and the far less sighted, power greedy SPA’s attitude and Girija’s internal sense of slavery towards king. As long as civic society works on behalf of ordinary people by making them aware of their right, norms of the democratic at the current context and educating them giving them the real sense of who is the actual master of their country. They are the master of their country. Gyanendra is “lutera” who wanted to control everything by criminal activities, hatching murders and misusing army. Most of SPA are current hoolums of deadwood politician. Moists only know their ways and nothing else who needs to know how to be pragmatic, flexible, some level of respect to the ordinary people. In the past also they really could not pull a hair of the real corrupts, and misusers of powers and dirty game players of the dirty policians.

१ प्रतीनैधी सभा बिघटन गरिनु पर्छ
२ माओ बादी को सरकार बनाइनु पर्छ
३ हाम्रो अध्यक्ष्य प्रचन्ड ज्यु लाइ रास्ट्रपति घोशित गरिनु पर्छ
४ पद्मरत्न ज्यु लाइ बिदेश वा रक्षा मन्त्री दिलाइनु पर्छ
५ हाम्रो माओ बादी कमान्ड ले भने को नमान्ने वा अलिकति पनि फरक मत राख्ने पार्टी हरु सबै चोर भएका ले सारा पार्टी हरु लाइ बन्देज लगाइनु पर्छ र नेता हरु लाइ भनेको नमाने जेल चलान गरिनु पर्छ
६ सारा नेपाली, बुढा खाडा, दुधे बालक् र् आइ माइ लगायत् अढाइ करोड जनता लाइ अनिवार्य मिलिशिया तालिम दिलाइनु पर्छ
७ नेपाल को हाल को नेपाल आर्मी लाइ बर्खास्त गरी तेस्को सट्टा माओवादी मिलिशिया लाइ “नेपाल प्रचन्ड पथ आर्मी” घोशित गरिनु पर्छ
८ नेपाल मा संसार मा उब्जे जती सबै भाषा लाइ राष्ट्र भाषा घोशित गरिनु पर्छ
We are byhind the civil society keep the presser on the Government.We donot trust them (Government). All party have lost their goodwill. Nepali JANTA are waiting for change and that change is ONLY LOKTANTRA, LOKTANTRA AND LOKTANTRA nothing less.
