‘बडे राजा’लाई कारबाही गर्ने जिम्मा ‘छोटे राजा’लाई ?
ब्लगमा मनोज गजुरेलको व्यङ्ग्य पढ्दै थिएँ, जनआन्दोलनका दमनकारीमाथि कारबाहीको सिफारिस गर्न गठित कृष्णजंग रायमाझी र राजा ज्ञानेन्द्रबीचको वार्तालाप। त्यतिबेलै एउटा समाचार सुन्न पाइयो, सरकारले रायमाझी आयोगको प्रतिवेदन कार्यान्वयन बारे गृहकार्य गर्न एक उच्चस्तरीय समिति बनाएको छ। यतिसम्म ठीकै थियो, तर समितिका संयोजक चाँहि उप प्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओली। ओलीको विषयमा धेरैलाई थाहा छ, यिनी जनआन्दोलन भर कहिल्यै सडकमा देखिएनन्। कहिलेकाँही रिपोर्टस क्लबमा उभिएर राजालाई भुवाले हाने झै गरी एक दुईवटा नरम वाणी चाँहि बोलेका थिए है।
उपप्रधानमन्त्री ओली र रिपोर्टस क्लबको एकै ठाउँमा आउँदा आजभोलि चलेको एउटा जोकको याद आयो। रिपोर्टर्स क्लबका स्थायी अध्यक्ष ऋषि धमला आफ्नो अनुहार पत्रिकामा छाप्न होस् कि टिभीमा देखाउन भुतुक्कै हुन्छन्। क्यामेराको एंगल राम्रोसँग बुझेका ऋषि टिभी क्यामेराले जसको अन्तर्वार्ता लिदैंछ उसको पछि गएर आफ्नो अनुहार देखाइहाल्छन्।
यस्ता ऋषिले एकदिन टिभी समाचारका लागि स्टान्ड अप (पीस टु क्यामरा) दिइरहेका नेपाल वान (जहाँ ऋषिले पनि आजभोलि काम गर्छन्) का अर्का पत्रकार तीलक कोइराला नजिक पुगेर भनेछन्, कति टिभीमा अनुहार देखाउनुपर्छ यार तिमीलाई।
जो क्यामेरा भन्दा भुतुक्कै हुन्छ, उसैले अर्कालाई यसो भनेको सन्दर्भसँग ओलीको पनि जोक जोडिएको छ।
आन्दोलनभर राजा र सात दल मिल्नुपर्छ भनेर चिच्याएकी शैलजा आचार्य उपप्रधान तथा परराष्ट्र मन्त्री केपी ओलीकोमा पुगिछन् र भारतको राजदूत माग गरिछन्। त्यसको जवाफमा ओलीले भनेछन्, कहाँ हुन्छ, जनआन्दोलनमा तपाईँलाई कहिल्यै सडकमा नै देखिएन, अप्ठेरो पर्छ। ओली आफैं चाहिँ कति दिन सडकमा आए कुन्नि !
तर, जे भए पनि नेपालको यथार्थ ! केपी ओलीले उपप्रधानमन्त्री मात्र होइन, अब जनआन्दोलन दबाउने माथि कारवाही गर्न बनेको समितिको प्रतिवेदन कार्यान्वयन गर्ने जिम्मा पाएछन्। धेरै पाठकलाई यादै होला, ददिराम सापकोटाले लेखेको ब्लग। फ्रान्स भ्रमणमा जाँदा केपीले भनेका थिए, नेपाली सेना पूर्ण लोकतान्त्रिक भइसक्यो। राजालाई स्पेस दिएन भने भोलि फेरि हामीलाई कसले स्पेस दिन्छ ? लौ अब यिनै स्पेस दिनेलाई नै जनआन्दोलन दबाउनेमाथि कारवाही गर्ने जिम्मा परेछ।
राजालाई त परै जाओस्, आफैंले लोकतान्त्रिक भइसकेको भनेको नेपाली सेनाका प्रधानसेनापति रुक्माङ्गत कटवाललाई आयोगले कारवाही गर्न दिएको सिफारिश अनुसार यिन्ले कारवाही गर्लान् त ?
मन्त्रिपरिषदको सोमबारको बैठकले रायमाझी आयोगको प्रतिवेदन अध्ययन गरी कारवाहीको लागि गृहकार्य गर्न उपप्रधानमन्त्री केपी ओलीको संयोजकत्वमा बनाएको समितिका अन्य सदस्यमा गृहमन्त्री कृष्णप्रसाद सिटौला, भौतिक योजना तथा निर्माणमन्त्री गोपालमान श्रेष्ठ, आपूर्तिमन्त्री हृदयेस त्रिपाठी र कानूनमन्त्री नरेन्द्रविक्रम नेम्वाङ पनि छन्।
कारवाहीका लागि सिफारिस गरेका २०२ जनालाई आयोगले नै यो यो कारवाही गर्न मिल्छ भनेर स्पष्ट किटानी प्रतिवेदनमा गरेकै थियो। केही व्यक्तिको कारवाही कानून बनाएर गर्न सकिने भनेर सिफारिस गरेका बेला यो समिति बनाएर सेरेमोनियल किङको पक्षमा बोल्ने प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालाले कारवाही नगरेको दोष आफूले मात्र लिन नचाहेको स्पष्ट छ। प्रधानमन्त्रीको सल्लाहमा नै राजा ज्ञानेन्द्र आयोगमा बयान दिन नगएको चर्चा चलेकै बेला प्रधानमन्त्रीले आफू चोखिएर कारबाही नभएको दोष दिन ओली समिति बनाएका हुन्। तपाईँहरुलाई त कस्तो लाग्छ कुन्नि मलाई त ओली समितिले कारबाही गर्ला भन्ने कुरामा शंकै लाग्छ है।

UML should not complain about not getting important job anymore. Mr. Oli has been given such a privilege to head the Rayamajhi Commission. He has the opportunity now to punish the King and his men. He is a luck man? Will he have the guts to do it?

The people should realize one fact that it is not easy doing as easy as saying. Whatever the government does now will be established notion so care should be taken and good judgement. Why not take example of South Africa. We shouldn’t be violent. Let them do their work and then see what they do.

I dont beleive Mr perfect K.P Oli will take any action agains King and his followers.Because he is also.So i dont expect any new thing REVOLUTIONARY from his commission.
Under the circumstances this committe comprising of Ridayesh Tripathi, Gopal Man, Krishna Sitaula and Naresh Nemwang is quite OK. I suggest one person to be included from Maoist, may be Dev Gurung.
It is not only KP Oli, whole team is responsible for it. Why only critisize KP Oli ? He is a party worker and he cannot go against paty policy. If UML does not want to punish the Culprits, then what can KP oli will do, if his party wants strong action either he has to follow it or quit the job.

I think you have the one-sighted vision. Before the action, you first jump to the coclusion. “Wait, see and react” will be good for now. Let Mr Oli and the committee do their job. We know the truth to some extent. My advice is to be positive, the result will come to peoples’ side. IF not, they will be black listed in the history.

Girija is for cereminial monarch, Prachand supports Girija and UML and some small parties are the one for repulic? and KP Oli is from UML. With your comment suggest the best names from the cabinet who should lead the committee. I guarantee, most of you will critisize any name.
Looks Madhav is a strong supporter of K.P.Oli but Madhav Ji “public judgment” is always right so is the case to K.P. Oli. As I mentioned in my comments a couple of weeks earlier, G.P. Koirala is a smart “Budho Bahun” means he has lots of “wisdom” gained from his “experiential learning”. Now he is firing the gun by putting on Oli’s shoulder. It has a great consequences on UML’s future in the near future. First of all, K.P. Oli has already proved himself that he is “pro-palace”. Second, even if he wants to implement the commission’s report, he is in “minority” in the committe. In both ways, culprits of Janaandolan-II are SAFE.
I don’t think the Oli Committee will bring the culprits into “justice”.

Rather than vomiting unsatisfations to the recently formed Recommendations committee for the HLPC report, one need to watch closely and carefully until the recommendations disclose, those!in the hit lists might have a high change to disappear from the country soon, if it happens so then all the charges should go to the present Government, by the way! I couldn’t see deadline for submission? Could anyone help me in this regard?

Why people like to present the image of a person in a distorted way without checking the context of his action. K.P. Oli was never againt Jana Andolan. He nevered favoured the Monarchy. Out of the design of the palace different leaders were treated differently so that they could succeed in dividing them. Madhav Nepal was the one treated worst, followed by Deupa. Even Girija was treated very softly whereas Ram Chandra Poudel was treated harder. Ram shran Mahat was not even imprisoned. that was just a tactics to divide and rule. K. P. Oli is a honest, competant and down to earth person. He has successfuly carried out all the responsibilities he has been trusted with. Why should we doubt on his intentions? I am sure that this commitee headed by KP Oli will take necessary action to all the culprits of Jana Andolan-2 as per the rule of law of Nepal, if not we will vehemently critisize them.

Why should the govenment study the report again? It is only a way to delay the process.The HLPC has prepared a report after a long time, and the govenment authorized them to prepare the report and PM assured to implement the report. Again another study on the study? Then there will be another report on report by Oli committee. Until then, the situation will be changed and NOTHIING will happen. A shamful commission (committee) culture!!!
This is an omen towards stagnation. We will never learn.
