   you have expressed great feelings. that is appreciable. one thing you must remember that the autonomy is required for all the communities in nepal indifference to the caste, rligion and jatjaties. Therefore, please focus your debate for the local autonomy, therefore, all the nepalese people could feel greater ownership for their beloved nation and government.

3. Well, Friends, What I think is time and the feelings of people are important things at this socio-political juncture of Nepal. Having said that, we should not ignore the real problem we nepalese are facing. For example, the real problem is no social security(interms of money,education and health access). So, the so called leaders please start to think about the economic strategies of social security not the different state for newars, gurungs whatever…It seems most of the leaders are playing to grab the power not to solve the real problem of we country men.
   The problem is not who is ruling to whom. The problem is no leaders want to make a scarifice of their power. Most of them want to reach to the power and earn money(for eg; we all know some corrupt and influential leaders in all the political parties. They just want to deliver speech. So, whoever be the leaders and whatever party they are belonging, it would be wise to think about the people and Nepalese oriented programme instead of Newar, Bahun….First we are poor Nepalese than we are Newar, Bahun, Gurung…etc.So think for economic program and social security not the Newar Rajya…Bla…Bla…
   Just a thought…

7. Dear citizens of Nepal,
   Congratulations! You have at last begun to live in peace. But, this is just the beginning. Everything done in the past ten years were just preparation for what is happening right now. During the upcoming elections, who will you vote for? Your vote will make a lot of difference. Every time we try to come up with a form of government, we look at other nations’. It is time that a new one is invented. In short, after looking at the pros and cons of kingship, I have come to a conclusion that there is only one way to help Nepal keep its peace.

   Point: Keep the only remaining Hindu kingdom
   Keep alive Prithvi Narayan Shah’s generation
   Counterpoint:
   There will be no reason for the whole rebellion and the fighting for ten years
   More fighting over rule needs to be prevented
   All kings during future generations will not always be a good one

   The list of counterpoint could go on forever but I only wanted to show you that there were more bad things about it then there were good. What is a Hindu kingdom if war will be likely every time a bad ruler takes the throne? So, I have come up with a new form of government that we could give a try. Here is how it works:

   To make some people happy, we can keep the king. The only difference is that it will be a democratic kingship. There will be elections every five year. As long as the citizens like the king, he can stay as long as he wants. If later, the people don’t like his son or grandson, they can take him out of rule. After that, any citizen can be king. Using this as a base, there will be no way a war can start. What government leaders usually tend to do is try to copy other countries’ governments instead of making up their own. I hope that you will give everyone a copy of this email, forward it to everyone you know, present it to your school and do whatever you can to distribute it. Whether you like it or not, it will affect you so this is only for you and your children’s own good. Thanks!

8. It is frustrating to say that our beloved Nation Nepal did have almost everything,but wise,prudent and altruistic statesman. Instead of leading the country by their wise and firm vision, our leaders (no matter which party they belong to)have been often swayed by the mobs. Their opinions are molded by the crowd on the street not by the serious contemplation, their speeches and statements are replete of verbal diarrhea, but paucity of vision. Now, it seems like these leaders, irrespective of their parties, are vying to split the nation in the name of ‘Jatiya Swosasan’, whrease the order of the day is to make our beloved nation more stronger than ever before by bringing about social hormony. In the contemporary Nepal, poverty alleviation and education for one and all should have been the top priorities of all political parties. But with their petty vision, they have engaged themself in spewing communal hater and bigotry. So let us all pray Lord Pashupati Nath to give our so called leaders Wisdom and Prudance in the future. God save all of us from being torn apart. Thanks.

9. I think Nepal is already in a brink of Racial War. This is not good. But the leaders should not talk about ‘Jatiye Sushwasan’. Rather, they should talk about the equal opportunities (or more for local majority people) in the Politics and the offices. For eg. Gurung should have more seats in the offices in Pokhara or Gandaki area, Newars in KTM, Magars in Dhaulagiri etc etc. But the seats should be allocated equally to all classes starting from the Dalits. Just an opinion.

10. dont feel that u r newar, janajaati, dalit… first of all think urself as u r great and u can do something.. there is no bar for any community to be high post but dont try to make fiction in nepalese unity. All we r nepali and we need the progress of all nepalese people not only specific cast or class. and the main thing everybody to be understand that if poor bramin, taraibasi, newar are backward but if there is rich bramin , taraibasi, newar watever he is in high post. so the main problem is not like this caste class but the main problem is poverty and education. dont fall da stupid politician’s speech they give their speech for their popularity… they love their post rather than nation. all ppl focus ur attention to spread education and information. all problem will be solve automatically.

Down with jatibad. जातिबाद् मुर्दाबाद्। सुसासन् जिन्दाबाद्। सुसासन् ले नै देश् लै अगडि बढौँछ।

    6-hour curfew clamped in Nepalgunj

    BANKE , Dec 26
    The local administration in Nepalgunj on Tuesday issued a curfew order in the wake of a rising tide of communal tensions here.The district administration today issued the curfew order effective from 11 to 5:30 today to prevent disruption of communal harmony.Tensions were high in Nepalgunj following a scuffle that ensued yesterday between Madheshis (Terai people) and pahades (Hilly people)

16. People are talking much but nobody is presenting how to do that. How many languages we can support and promote? Even Nepali will be used by less and less people with English entering in job, office and so on. I think we have to adopt english as common language and leave people to select what else they choose. Even Germany, France, Japan, China are moving towards English, we also have to. English is not the language of English People but an international one.

    I think more important is no descrimination on the basis of religion, caste, creed, community and no nepotism, and rule of law. Even in the state of self decision these problem remain and mere self decision will not remove such evils. We need common decision not seperate self decision. If we reach a point where different group want different decision then we must have common decision. So, there must be some limitation where to apply self decision and where to apply common one.

    And, I think we have more problem related to common Nepali not related to a particular caste or community. And, the solution should address that problem.

    i am not agree with your view towards the right of self decision .what you mean to say?if self decision means every community should have the right of making self decison then what would be the meaning of central government.Do you want make nepal is an anarchims state.i don´t believe on your view because still there is no need of self decision for every community if they have equall participation .why not you raise for the equall participation in every sector such as constitutional assembley and the parliament election?And one thing certainly Brahamans are highly educated and they covered most of the places in the decision making it doesn´t mean that they captured .They are able to do so because they have the capacity to handle this portfolio.if you raise such things in your community then you are misleading your own communuity for avoiding to go in compettion.why it is needed to be self government for the every community`? do you know how many community are in nepal`? if all raised the same demand like you then what would be nepal in future .surely if this demand is fulfilled then you people may raise sorveign state .so you must not focussed your mind just for getting claping from your community .think seriously about nepal bécause if nepal is weak then you never brave and strong individually

19. I REALLY APPRECIATE THIS FEELING OF RAJENDRAJI..
    INDEED WE THE INDEGENIOUS PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SUPPRESSED MANY TIME NOW AND THEN BY THE STATE AND GOVERMENT.
    NEARLY HALF OF THE POPULATION OF NEPAL IS FROM THE INDIGINEOUS GROUP AND IN MANY PLACES WE HAVE A VERY STRONG STAND. THE MAOIST MOVEMENT HAS PROVED THAT A REVOLUTION LIKE THEY HAVE DONE CAN NE STARTED AND SUCCEED BY WE PEOPLE….
    BUT THE QUESTION WE DON’T WANT TO TAKE ANY KIND REVENGE WITH THE STATE AND WITH ANY KIND OF RACE.. WE NEED A UNITED NEPAL AND OPPURTUNITY SHOULD GRANTED TO EVERYBODY’S LANGUAGE AND CULTURE..
    IF THE STATE IGNORE OUR WISH AND DREAM THERE WILL BE ANOTHER BLOODY REVOLUTION BECAUSE WE ARE THE INDIGINEOUS NOT THE PEOPLE CAME FROM THE KASH PROVINCE..LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST… WE ARE RACIST AND WE DON’T ANYBODY BEING TREATED UNJUST..
