अन्ततः अनेक षड्यन्त्रका बावजुद अन्तरिम संविधान हिजो मध्यरातमा भए पनि जारी भइछाड्यो। दरबारले अन्तिम समयसम्म पनि यसलाई जारी हुनबाट रोक्ने प्रयास जारी राखेको खबरहरु आएका थिए। जारी भइसकेपछि अब स्वागत वक्तव्यहरु आउने क्रम जारी छ। भारत र अमेरिका पहिलो पंक्तिमा रहेको छ। तर अस्ति शान्ति सम्झौता हुने बेलामा तीन हात अघि बढेर स्वागत वक्तव्य जारी गर्ने राजाले भने यो अन्तरिम संविधान जारी हुँदा कुनै प्रतिक्रिया जनाएको छैन। न राजावादी भनिनेहरुले नै आफ्ना राजाको हैसियत खोपामा राखिएको देउताभन्दा पनि कम (किनभने देउताको त कमसेकम सम्मान हुन्छ) पारिँदा पनि एउटा वक्तव्यसम्म निकाल्ने आँट गरेका छैनन्।
अन्तरिम संविधान जारी गर्ने दिनअगाडि नै काठमाडौँमा विभिन्न हल्ला फैलाइसकिएको थियो। नातिलाई गद्दीमा राखेर ‘कू’ गर्ने तयारी भएकोसम्मका हल्ला सुनिएको थियो। अन्तरिम संविधान लागू हुने दिनमा अप्रत्याशित रुपमा समय बढी खाइदिँदा पनि त्यस बीच केही षड्यन्त्र हुने हो कि भन्ने आशंका गर्न थालिएको थियो।
सुनिए अनुसार प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालालाई दरबारले अन्तरिम संविधान अहिलेलाई जारी नगरे पनि हुन्छ भन्दै आग्रह गरिएको थियो। अन्तरिम संविधान लागू हुनु एक दिन अगाडिमात्र दरबारका सचिव पशुपतिभक्त महर्जनले पनि राजाको सन्देश प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई भेटेर सुनाएका थिए।
त्यसैगरी हिजो राजावादी पार्टीहरुलाई अन्तरिम संविधानमा सकेसम्म बढी संशोधन प्रस्तावहरु राखेर यसलाई लागू हुने प्रक्रिया लामो बनाउन निर्देशन पनि दिइएको थियो। तर, जस्तै गर्दा पनि ती राजावादीहरुले अन्ततः अन्तरिम संविधानको विपक्षमा मतदान गर्न सकेनन्। विपक्षमा एक मत पनि परेन र सर्वसम्मतिले नै यो अनुमोदन भइछाड्यो। यो विचार गर्दा दरबार हिजो नराम्रोसित पराजित भएको छ।
हिजोको एक घण्टा एउटा निकै संवेदनशील घडी पनि रहेको थियो। हिजो अन्तरिम संसदको बैठक सुरु हुन लाग्दादेखि अन्तरिम संविधान अनुमोदन नभएसम्मको करिब एक घण्टाको अवधिमा संसदमा माअोवादीका अध्यक्ष प्रचण्डसहित आठै दलका प्रमुख नेताहरु उपस्थित थिए। वास्तवमा त्यो अवधि निकै संवेदनशील र खतरनाक थियो। त्यसैलाई विचार गरेर नै सभामुख पदमा विवाद भए पनि पूर्व निर्धारित केही कामहरुलाई थाती राखेर अन्तरिम संविधान अनुमोदन गर्ने काम भएको थियो।
जे होस्, दरबारिया षड्यन्त्रका बावजूद अन्तरिम संविधान जारी भएर जनता विजयी भएका त छन् तर अब एक कदम पछि हट्न बाध्य दरबारले दुई कदम अगाडि बढेर आक्रमण गर्ने संभावना बाँकी नै रहेको छ। खासगरी अब दरबारको ध्यान जसरी हुन्छ संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन हुन नदिने र भएमा पनि गुण्डा परिचालन गरेर बिथोल्नेतर्फ नै केन्द्रित रहन सक्नेछ। माअोवादीहरु हतियार लक गरेर सत्तापक्ष भइसकेपछि राजावादीहरुको चलखेल एकाएक बढ्न सक्छ। जातीय र क्षेत्रीय भावनालाई भड्काएर उनीहरुले देशमा अशान्ति मच्चाउने संभावना पनि उत्तिकै छ।
हमिलाइ थाहा छ कि ज्ञाने ले केहि पनी गर्न सक्दैन

I think at least in paper things are getting shape gradually though the real fruit of all these decision are yet to realised by the common people. I am sure it is a undeniable fact once Gyanendra is made bared of army he can not bite back to disturb the democratic process. The next step should be reduce all the preveleges he is enjoying for doing so much harm to the people and the country. Now it is important to save the democracy and move forward having credible government. If the mandale, king and some top rank armies are still concern for the future, they all should be fixed now. I do not think people need them. That will be good justice for king and the people.

Its very much pleasure for every nepali Interim constitunal is passed. But there are many things that how it will work. The question how much it is capabable to fallow by all the leaders. As we know from the past the we cant faith them. Now, main thing is Girija has got must power after the Constitunal passed. Everytime he had kicked the Nepali people wish. How can we trust again about him. Now, I belive the days of the Gynendra has gone. The days of Girija is begin. He is no more different from Gynendra, its bit difficult to trust him. Lets hope he didnt so like the before against the people wish. Lets see.

There is no option left now for Nepal to go for CA polls. The king has been defeated badly and he will vanish after the polls. It is better for him now to accept all changes and remain as an ordinary citizen. If he is wise he will compromise with he people. If he does not then he will face bitter insult later.
It takes time. Not simply comment on anything whatever parties will keep on doing should be welcomed. Should be seen wheather these parties will be like dogs and cats to fight with eachother that they did in past because which king was compalled to do so thinking that may be he will be able to change the system. Badluck! Now its hard to welcome, nobody knows the future nither the king is known to us. We have day in this planet as well as night. Every coin has its two sides. What worries me is a SPA does not have confidence what they are intending to do. there is still risk from king. former royal nepalese army now NA’s top brash are royalists. there is balance now in terms of weapons and army because the weapons from maoist is balancing to weapons from royalists, wot if wen weapons of maoists is locked?
there is only reliance is UN, because of UN supervision royalist top brash armies willnot dare to attack again to nepalese people.
so far i learned maoists followed this way after study of the situation and its going in their way too, maoists could have captured the central government by means of arms but there was risk from former royal army to work against the maoist government , so they wanted united nation’s supervision to keep everyone quiet after they take control over central government.
there is still moderate type of risk of coup after arms management of maoists.
