[निलम्बित ज्ञानेन्द्रलाई सेनाले लोकतन्त्र दिवसको दिन सलामी दिएको कुराको थुप्रै विरोध भएको छ। सलामी दिएको दृश्यसहितको समाचार कान्तिपुर टेलिभिजनबाट प्रसारण भएको थियो र समाचार बनाएका थिए मेरो संसारमा पनि ब्लग लेख्ने केटिभीका संवाददाता दीपक भट्टराईले। त्यो दिनको बारेमा उनले लेखेको विशेष ब्लग यहाँ राखेको छु। संभव भएसम्म केही घण्टामा दृश्य पनि राख्ने प्रयास गर्नेछु- मेरो संसार]

देशभर प्रथम लोकतन्त्र दिवसका लागि नागरिकहरु सडकमा उत्रेका बेला राजा ज्ञानेन्द्र पनि बैशाख ११ गते राजदरबार बाहिर निस्के । २०६४ बैशाख ११ गते बिहान सवा दश बजे नारायणहिटीबाट निस्केका राजा काठमाडौंबाट दक्षिण कुनामा रहेको दक्षिणकाली माइको पुजा आराधना गर्न पुगेका थिए ।
राष्ट्रप्रमुखको हैसियतले सैनिकमञ्च टुँडिखेलमा एघार बजेतिर प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालाले जनताको नाममा सम्बोधन गरिरहँदा राजा ज्ञानेन्द्रले पनि दक्षिणकालीमा नेपाली सेनाबाट सलामी लिइरहेका थिए । यता गिरिजाले बुढी औंला भाँचेर सैनिक स्टाइलमा निधारमा दाहिने हात राखेर सलामी लिइरहँदा राजा ज्ञानेन्द्र भने सतर्क मात्र थिए । “श्रीमान गम्भीर…”को उही पुरानै धुन, अनि नेपाली सेनाको बन्दुकबाट चढाइएको सलामी सुन्दा राजाको मान सम्मानमा पहिलेको भन्दा कुनै भिन्नता दक्षिणकाली मन्दिरमा महसुस गरिएन ।
वर्षेनी बैशाख शुक्ल पक्ष अष्टमीका दिन दक्षिणकालीमा राजाले कूलदेवताको पूजा गर्ने चलन अनुसार दक्षिणकाली आइपुगेका राजाको स्वागत र सुरक्षामा पनि विगतका भन्दा केही फरक थिएन । राजदरबारबाट दक्षिणकालि मन्दिरसम्म नेपाली सेना, सशस्त्र प्रहरी बल, नेपाल प्रहरी र राष्ट्रिय अनुसन्धान विभागका करिब तीन हजार सुरक्षाकर्मी खटिएका थिए ।
राजदरबारका करिब एक सय कर्मचारी पूजापाटका लागि तयारी गरिरहँदा मन्दिरको दुर्गन्ध राजारानीलाई नहोस् भन्दै सैनिक अधिकृतहरु अत्तर र्छर्किन व्यस्त थिए । रानी कोमलका साथ दक्षिणकाली आइपुगेका राजाले आफ्नो मनोकामना पुरा होस् भन्दै राँगो, पाठो, भेडा, कुखुरा र हाँसको पञ्चबली दिए र मन्दिरमा १० ग्रामको सुनको असर्फी चढाए ।
पञ्चवली किन दिइएको हो भन्दै मैले मन्दिरको पुजारी राजेश कर्माचार्यलाई सोधेको थिएँ। उनले मनोकामना पूरा गर्नका लागि गरिएको भाकल पूरा भएपछि पञ्चबली दिइने चलन रहेको बताउँदै राजपरम्परा अनुसार हरेक वर्ष दक्षिणकाली मन्दिरमा पञ्चबली दिइने बताए ।
विहानैदेखि सजाइएको मन्दिर परिसरमा राजारानीले पूजा गरिन्जेल करिब एक डेढ घन्टा मन्दिरको मुख्यद्वारबाट र्सवसाधारणलाई प्रवेश दिइएन । राजारानी पूजा सकेर बाहिर निक्सने बेलासम्ममा राजाको रानीको जयजयकार गर्ने केही व्यक्तिहरु मन्दिर बाहिर भेला भइसकेका थिए ।
जयजयकारका बीच त्यहाँ भेला भएका सबैको कुरा राजाले सुने पनि । त्यहाँ भएको एक मात्र संवाददाताको नाताले मैले पनि लोकतन्त्र दिवसका दिन राजाको केही प्रतिक्रिया छ कि भनी सोधेँ, तर आफ्नो पुरानै मुस्कान मात्र दिंदै राजाले दक्षिकाली छोडे ।

Dear Madhesi/Pahari/ Janajati/Newar jati and all left over Nepalese citizen
I really can’t believe on these political games in Nepal. First of all we all should ask the government if they are capable in restoring peace in the country or not? If yes, why every single day one after another party has got NEPAL BANDH in their MENU to serve Nepalese people? If not, then we all well wishers of our country and country people should agree on providing support to move the country, but NOT BY ANY NONCIENCE NEPAL BANDH. Friends lets go and rescue all trapped Nepalese daju/bahi/didi/bahini/ba/aamaa/baje/baju on the route to their destiny. It is really not good for anyone. If anybody of the reader of this message wish to support the action please do gather at DHALKEBAR at 9:00 am on Monday (tomorrow) onwards on daily basis until all are rescued. Please come with a white flag to assist and let move all trapped passengers on the way. There are no any humanitarian body (So called manav adhikar sansthan and Nagarik samaj) in Nepal. They do not come unless they are dragged by any of those sucker parties. Every single members from Pahari to Dixit are the same. If the country goes this way then we are not that far to seek asylum in Bihar/UP and West Bengal. We don’t want King, that doesn’t reflects we are keen to have Nepal Bandh every single day. We all also have to look after our forthcoming generation’s future. We had very good system of opposing any type of ruling system in the country. We opposed King’s offer of local election by not voting. Friends, we also can make these leaders come to the ground by rejecting their offers if not suitable to Nepali Janta, by keeping the country on run. Friends for Monday’s action please don’t get agitated keep calm and help trapped people wherever they belong to.

It looks like all of us think that Nepal will be better if Gyane goes.It is 100% wrong perception. I see these leaders will fight in Narayanhiti and ruin the country.It will be better if Gyane stay there with out power. Just example Gyanendra has no power for more than 12 months. Do we fill better? 25 big businessmen were kidnapped in 2-3 months? Where we go from here? There will be Bandai Banda ko Desh.

Nepal will never change unless the mindset of Nepali leaders change. “Bhukne matra hun garne wala kehi chhaina”. As a PM and minister of defence the blame purely goes to Girija and he must be responsible for this.

Nepalese press will write about only things that nepalese people want to read. Nepalese people don’t have time to lift the country economically neither do the leaders. Leaders need politically active job less people to make their dreams come true and nepalese people are the best in all.

I think the problem lies in the constitution prepared by the syndicate parties which need amendment every month. Now there is immediate need for amendment because they have been able to mention the role of the suspended king. If there is king recognized by the constitution in any form then king is king. Even if king goes out of the country to any state then he will receive respect as per the protocol.
So, the problem is not with the army giving saluate or king taking it. But the problem lies in the constitution which is so confused over the role and status.
So what can military do when the country has useless government who knows only to define the possibilities of making Parliament, symbol of people’s power into one Bhartikendra where it’s jobless cadre are enjoying the hard earned taxes of poor people.
We are complaining of Royals sucking the people’s taxes but why are we silent over the misuse of taxes by the political parties. Why can’t we ask the political leaders to be volunteers in the process of making the country and use the money allocated for the salary of the members be used for the development activities such as construction of schools and health posts of the rural viallges which were destroyed during the war. I am saying this because they have no right to take the people’s hard earned taxes as they are not elected by the people.
If they can be nominated as members then why we complain of the king. First give up the facilities you are getting then you will be the leaders of the poor people.
The country which is destroyed has rich King, PM, ministers and members of parliament. Aren’t these all getting more then the country can offer. Why can’t they live on minimum level of pay and I always feel so funny when i hear that the members of parliament gets perdiem for attending the parliament.
Workers get salary for working and carrying out their defined roles and what is the role of the members of parliament – go an raise issues in parliament, attend the meetings of the parliament, discuss on the policies and to do this they get those bhatta then why not other worker such as teachers get bhatta for teaching, doctors get bhatta for treating, businessman gets bhatta for doing business. I think now students, journalist everyone should demand bhatta from government for writing articles, studying in school.
Such is our country where we don’t know what to give but we are only looking opportunity to take.
I request to all the eight party leaders to think over the things that the Gyanendra has done. AT least PM should answer to the people why Gyanendra receives so many security and salute even though the present constitution doesnot recognise him by any means. This is the KAYERATA of present leaders who says that there is monarchy at at all.is it what we are making New Nepal? is it what the dream of Martyrs? ज्ञानेन्द्रलाई राजा नलेख्ने भनेको होइन र उमेशजी? हुन त यो लेख दीपकजीको हो। तर पनि यस स्थितिमा मेरो संसारको “शैली पुस्तिका” लागू गरी सम्पादन गरेर राजा शब्दलाई “डिलिट अल” गर्न मिल्छ।
नेपालीहरूका राजा यिनै कुख्यात अपराधी ज्ञानेन्द्रले १९ जेठ २०५८ को रात भटट पारी समाप्त पारेका थिए। अब बाँकी छ त वीरेन्द्रको वंश हत्या गरी अपुताली खाएर बसेको एउटा अपराधी परिवार। सो अपराधी परिवारका सबै सदस्यलाई राजा वा त्यस्तै अलंकारले पुकार्नु जनआन्दीलन-२ का शहिद, घाइते लगायत परिवर्तन र न्याय चाहने आम नेपालीको अपहेलना गर्नु हो।

Are you only the king of those who believe in animal Sacrifice? Are you not the king of those HINDUS who do not believe in this barbaric act of animal sacrifice? Please Stop these things in coming days, or pls keep your way of worshipping god secret. Dont forget, being a Hindu king that there are many type of Hindus e.g. Krishna Pranami, Vaisnava etc.

It is certain that if the leaders run the country in the same way for the next couple of months, Nepalese people will be fed up with the present peadership. But, certainly that does not mean Nepalese will be for Monarchy. The crisis of legitimate rule will emerge if the eight political parities will not be able to follow thier own roadmap. Then a BIG question mark will arise before the leaders of the EIGHT parties. They have already given a signal by pelting stones at Ramchandra poudyal. If this continues, then there will be third JANAANDOAL against the present leadership. But, it is not sure if the old leaders of eight parties will easily leave or make path clear for thier young leaders to run the country. But, by then it will be too late and Nepalese might again quietly accept the indirect rule of king, by then the king will not take the role as he took after FEBruary one , but will move forward the ARMY and certianly army will keep th eKING as its GOD. So, time and tide waits for no one. If we just keep celebrating LOKTANTRA diwas like this year without acheiving any major changes in the lives of general people, soober or later, ARMY DAY will come. HOPE The leaders of eight parties are aware of this fact, as no one in politics can rule for ever , and like the present leaders are doing in words not in action.

यो दोष छेपारे प्रधानमन्त्रिले लिनु पर्छ । सम्बिधानत: सेना जनताको मातहतमा छ भने रक्षा मन्त्रालयको मातहतको सेनाले यदि उल्लङ्घन गरेको हो भने दोषीलाई कार्यवाही प्रकृया अघि बढाउनु पर्छ । सेनाले पुलिसको समेत सहयोग लिएको स्पष्ट भएको छ । प्रधानमन्त्रि, रक्षा र गृह को हर्ताकर्ता काङ्ग्रेसले पनि जवाफदेही हुनु पर्छ यो घटनामा । निष्चय नै यस घटनालाई सानो रुपमा सोच्ने भुल गर्नु हुदैन किनभने यो खुराफातमा जनआकाँक्षा पूर्णरुपमा गाँसिएको छ जनताको आँखामा धूलो हालेर राजा जोगाउने कुचेष्टा रचिएको छ।
