युरोपबाट नमस्ते !

युरोप यात्रामा निस्केको ठ्याक्कै एक सातामा बल्ल आज लेख्ने मौका जुर्‍यो। युरोप यात्रामा निस्कनु पहिले नै हामीले ब्लग लेख्न सहज होस् भन्ने सोचेरै नेपाल मै एउटा ल्यापटप खोजेका थियौँ। तर भने जस्तो पैसामा भनेजस्तो ल्यापटप पाइएन। युरोप आएपछि नेपाली फन्ट डाउनलोड गरेर कम्प्युटरमा लेख्ने दर्जनौँ पटकको प्रयास असफल भएपछि यो सामाग्री स्क्यानिङ गरेर पठाइएको हो।

माई संसारका ब्लगर यतिबेला संसार कै महँगो सहरमध्ये एक पेरिसमा छ र नेपाली मित्रको कम्प्युटरमार्फत् यी सामाग्री अपलोड गरिरहेको छ। तपाईँहरु मध्ये कतिलाई पेरिस शहरको विषयमा यति राम्रोसँग थाहा छ कि शहरको बखान गरेर समय खेल फाल्ने समय नै होइन। यहाँ गरिएका अनुभव मात्र बाँड्ने हो।

पहिलो त नेपालमा छँदा, युरोपमा कति बेला घाम लाग्छ र कतिबेला अस्ताउँछ भन्ने हेक्का नै भएको रहेनछ। यतिबेला मध्य युरोपमा बिहान ६ बजे उदाएको सूर्य राति नौ बजेसम्म आकाश मै देखिन्छ। कति लामो दिन ! तर पनि आत्तिनु पर्ने ठूलो कुरा केही रहेनछ। यहाँ पनि मानिसहरु प्रायः ८ बजे अगाडि उठेको हत्तपत्त देखिँदैन। तर काम भएकाहरु नउठेर के चल्थ्यो र।

यतिखेर मध्य युरोप (फ्रान्स, नेदरल्यान्ड्स र बेल्जियम- माइसंसारको यस पटकको यात्रा) मा गर्मीको मौसम हो। तैपनि यस पटकको गर्मीमा घामै लागेन, पानी मात्र परिरह्यो भन्ने गुनासो सबैको छ। मलाई पनि युरोप आएपछि चार दिन त झरीमा रुझ्दै आम्सट्रडम र ब्रसेल्स, गेन्ट र एन्ट्रेपमा हिँड्नु पर्दा कम्ति दिक्क लागेको होक्षन। तर प्रकृतिसँग कसको पो के लाग्छ र। समुद्र किनारमा बिकनीमा फ्रेञ्च केटीहरु नदेखिने पो हुन् कि भन्ने चिन्ता भने धेरै दिन रहेन। फ्रान्स र बेलायतबीच करिब ३६ किलोमिटर मात्र समुद्र रहेको काले भन्ने समुद्र किनारमा खैरेका टेन्ट मै सुतेर एक रात बिताइ दिएँ।

हरेक कुरा मेसिनबाट चलेका छन् युरोपमा। मानिसको पकेटमा पैसा मुश्किलले एक, दुई सय युरो होला, सबै कार्डबाट काम गरेका छन्। सडकभन्दा २०, ३० मिटर तलबाट चल्ने बिना चालकको मेट्रो होस् कि नगरपालिकाले उपलब्ध गराइदिएको साइकल होस्, सबैको टिकट आफूसँग पहिले नै सुरक्षित हुनुपर्छ। पैसा छ भन्दैमा ट्रेनमा टिकट नलिई चढियो भने बिनसित्तै दुई तीन सय युरो तिर्न पनि पर्न सक्छ।

हरेक दिनका डायरी ब्लगमा अब पक्कै अपलोड हुनेछ, नेपाल फर्केरै भए पनि। तर अहिले भने पेरिसको साखेक घुम्न जानुछ। बेल्जियमको सिमकार्ड राखिएको मोबाइलमा घडी हेर्दा बिहानको साढे आठ भइसकेको छ। हिजो राति सेन नदी किनारको फ्रेञ्च वाइनले अझै पूरा छाडेको छैन……….

  6. POKHARA AND PARIS

    Good to read about Paris, better to be in Paris and Best to stay longer in Paris, only the constraints is the money and expenses.

    I have just visited Paris last week. It is wonderful city probably the most beautiful city in the world. But while I compare it with some cities of Nepal, I found it is better in some aspects and worse in many aspects too.

    Everythig there in Paris is man made. That shows how labourious, innovative and creative are they! They made everything where there is nothing. No hill, no lake, no river ( Seine river: they made it artificialy most beautiful!), no springs falls, no cave, no……..no………nothing natural. But they made wonderful Eiffel Tower, Magnificent Louvre Palace, Metros, Norte Dams, Churches etc. All they are the most elegant sites in the world.

    But if we compare it with our city Pokhara. These things looks like diluted. Lakes, mountains, hills, springs, caves, gorges etc………whoever could compare it. Only the lacking is management and creativity.

    When I know that only the Eiffel tower could attract more than 7 million people every year (ticket is 11.5 Euro), our nation is striving to attract only 5 lakhs tourists. And most of the tourists that we are attracting are only Jholes and Bhukhhas, with which we cannot be benefited as much as we have.

    Our wonderful Fishtail, Everest could attracth millions of millions high quality tourist, only the need is peace, publicity and infrastructures. Then our paradise country would be benefited highly and the poverty could be almost eradicated from this Sangrilla land.

    I have kept many photos of Paris in my blog too. Any of interested friends can see and use these photos without prior permission.
