    I know the current provision in the constitution for the removal of PM which needs two third. My argument is that if we amend and make it simple majorit, the danger is that there won’t be any stable governments in Nepal in the future whoever party comes in power.

    Having said that my argument is that according to the democratic norms if we consider Maoist is the largest party elected by the people and they should lead the country the eaiest way is Girija to resign in spite of amending the interim constitution again and again.

    What made you think the proportional candidate are not mandated by people? Proportional system is true representation of people verdict. In FPTP Maoist won 50% seat for 29% votes. Do you think that’s true representation? If you go by the peoples verdict, the CA will (and should )look like this;
    Maoist = 179
    NC = 131
    UML = 126
    3 Madhesi parties = 68
    Others = 97
    This is the true verdict of the people.

    I am with your comment; People did not vote to kick Girija out; Nepalese are clever enough to understand the interim constitution that’s why they did not give 2/3 not even 50% seat to Maoist.
    So, right now, maoist need to understand that they just have 29.85% votes with them and show some flexibility to other parties’ demands; that is how they can respect the message of people from CA election.

    At this point I don’t think anydody is objecting to Maoist leadership in the next government, they rather demanding a democratic behaviour form them. So, they need to ammend the constitution and pave way for Girija to step down.

    One more point– I am still confused;
    Was CA election meant to change the government?
    Did not 7 party alliance win the election?
    why the patries are indulged in forming next government?
    Should not the priority be framing a new constitution?

    I think you could not get my point.Its not my argument that two third is required to remove GP, its the constitution.read the constitution. In front of constitution your biasness does not work.
    If you remember, GP had argued that this two third provision makes PM a dictator but no one took this seriously, that was the mistake.In democracy you can not argue that any leader be removed from office by two third majority.
    So in order to remove GP with simple majority, ammend the constitution first and go ahead with it. Its simple.
    I am not arguing that 2/3rd is required to remove congress and simple majority for others. First understand the content and comment on it.

    2.If Maoist to be removed simple majority? by amending the preent constitution.
    3.What will happen if NC wins and make government? amend the constitution and make it two third for NC?

    Very simple measure is Girija to resign who had no courage to stand in front of people and ask for the vote. He has come from the proportional which means he has not been mandated directly by Nepali people. What a shame?

    I strongly support your idea that in democracy majority rules.You are absolutely right.Now why donot you people ask maoist to prove majority in the parliament(CA for now)? But in our present interim constitution they need to show two third majority or change it show that simple majority can kick GP.Why you people are continuously arguing that GP should give the way for maoist who still does not command simple majority in the CA?
    So make your argument clear and direct your opinion to YOUR party.
    As Anu Thapa mentioned, it is understandable that people have become promaoist now specially opportunists. You might have read the news that currently many police officers have started circling maoist’s houses.In king’s rule they were towards the palace.It wont be surprising, our friends who have become strong maoist supporter now will change their position once then smell that maoists are now going to rule the country.This is true color of MANDALES.

24. माओवादीले जनयुद्धको माध्यमबाट उठाएको राज्यको पुनःसंरचना र संविधानसभाको एजेन्डालाई काङ्ग्रेस-एमालेले आ-आफ्नो पार्टी दस्तावेजहरूमा उल्लेख गरेर आफ्नो राजनीतिक पराजय आफै“ले लेखेका थिए । संविधानसभा चुनाव प्रचारका क्रममा माओवादीलाई राजनीतिक रूपले चुनौती दिने वैकल्पिक एजेन्डा र साङ्गठनिक ऊर्जा उनीहरूस“ग थिएन, बरु माओवादीकै नारा सापट लिएजस्तो मात्र देखिन्थ्यो । जनव्रि्रँेह गरेर आएको दललाई आतङ्ककारी र हत्याराको पार्टीनेर गरिएको प्रचार पनि आफै“मा विरोधाभासपर्ूण्ा थियो । हत्या-हिंसाकै राजनीति गरेर आएकाहरूस“ग शान्ति सम्झौता गरसिकेपछि तिनलाई राजनीतिक रूपले तेजोबध गर्न युद्धकालमा भएका घटना र दुर्घटनालाई मात्र नारा बनाएर चुनाव प्रचार गर्नु उचित थिएन । त्यस्तो प्रचारलाई मात्र आधार बनाएर मत माग्ने मध्यमार्गी दलहरूलाई जनताले पनि पत्याएनन् । आफूलाई ठूलो राजनीतिक शक्ति ठानेर सध“ै सत्ता र सम्पत्तिको भागबन्डा र भोगचलन गर्दै आएका काङ्ग्रेस-एमालेका नेताहरूलाई जनताले यसपल्ट दण्डित नै गरे ।

    विगतमा माओवादी जनयुद्धको प्रतिवाद राजा, एमाले र काङ्ग्रेसले सत्तामा बसेरै गरेका हुन् । उनीहरूलाई परास्त गर्न नसकेर शान्ति सम्झौता गर्नुपरेको थियो । शान्ति सम्झौताको मूल पक्षलाई परविर्तनको अग्रणी भूमिका निर्वाह गर्ने जिम्मेवारी दिएर जनताले चमत्कार गरेका छन् । भ्रष्टाचार, दमन, शोषण, अन्याय र अत्याचारका भरमा चलेको राज्यसत्तालाई विस्थापित गर्न माओवादीले जनयुद्ध लडेका थिए । तर, युद्धको माध्यमबाट मात्रै सध“ै राज्यसत्ता कब्जा गर्दा न त्यो स्थायी हुन्थ्यो, न त विश्व जनमतले सहजै स्वीकार गर्ने थियो । त्यसैले माओवादीहरू संविधानसभाको बाटोबाट प्रचलित लोकतान्त्रिक पद्धतिमा प्रवेश गरेका हुन् । यो कुरा उनीहरूले जनतासमक्ष प्रस्ट पार्दै पनि आएका छन् ।

    जनताले शब्दमा मात्र लोकतन्त्र र परविर्तनका कुरा गर्ने पुराना सत्ताधारी पार्टी तिनका नेतालाई भन्दा नया“ पार्टी नया“ नेतृत्वलाई अगाडि सारेका छन् । यो साहसपर्ूण्ा जननिर्ण्र्ाााई अस्वीकार गर्दै जनताले भय र आतङ्कका कारण आफूलाई मतदान गर्न पाएनन् भन्नुु पराजयको पीडाबोध मात्र हो । राजनीतिलाई भोगविलासको साधन बनाई सम्पन्नता आफू र आफ्ना परविारमा बा“डेेर जनतालाई सध“ै विपन्न बनाइराख्ने खेलमा लागेका दलका नेताहरूलाई जनताले यसपटक छानी-छानी परास्त गरे । आफू परास्त भएपछि जनता माओवादीस“ग डराए भन्नु राजनीतिक बेइमानीसिवाय केही होइन । विगतका संसदीय चुनावहरूमा काङ्ग्रेस-एमालेले भारतीय सीमा क्षेत्रबाट आ-आफ्नो क्षमता, स्रोत र साधन अनुसारको आतङ्क आयात गरेकै हुन् । यसपल्ट भने माओवादीको ‘वाईसीएल’जस्तो लडाकू युवा सङ्गठनले लाखा“ै युवा तैनाथ गरेको प्रचार भएको हुनाले त्यस्तो तत्त्व ठूलो परमिाणमा आयात भएन । यस्तै परविेशमा माओवादीलाई जनताले देशको सबैभन्दा ठूलो दल अर्थात् सत्ता हा“क्न सक्ने दाबेदार बनाइदिएको छ ।

    यहाँ माओवादीले एउता महत्वपूर्ण कुरा बिर्सेंको छ , ६०% खसेको मत को ३०% मात्र उनिहरुलाई प्राप्त भएको हो ,जस्को अर्थ ७०% भोट् उनिहरुको बिपक्षमा खसेको थियो ,साथै ४०% मतदाता जस्ले मतदान गरेनन उनिहरु मध्य केही बिदेशमा होलान तर जो नेपालमै भएर पनि मतदान मा भाग लिएनन उनिहरुको समर्थन कता छ भन्ने अनुमान लगाउन गार्हो काम भएपनी बिरोध चाँही कस्को गर्छन् ,सजिलै अनुमान लगाउन सकिन्छ ! हो अरु पार्टीले उसले भन्दा पनि काम मत ल्यएको छ र बिपक्षमा खसेको भोट् उस्को भन्दा बढी छ तर उनिहरुले हार स्विकारेका छन पनी ! अब यहाँ प्रश्न उथ्न सक्छ ,जम्मा ३१ लाख भोट् संबिधान बनाउन प्राप्त भएको आधारमा कुनै एक पार्टी जस्ले मान्छे मर्ने काम मुसा मारे सरह गर्छ ,जस्ले अहिले पनि समानन्तर सरकार चलाएर आफुखुसी ‘अनुसन्धान’ गर्ने ,फैसला सुनाउने र सजाय पनि दिने गर्छ(सजाय धेरै जसो मृत्‍युदन्ड हुने गर्छ ),जस्ले राज्यको कानूनलाई बेवास्ता गरी आफ्नै कानून, जो अत्यन्त क्रुर , अमानविय र अपरदर्शी छ,लाई मात्र कार्यन्वयन गर्छ ,त्यस्तो पार्टीले सरकारको नेत्रित्व गरे भने देशको अवस्था कम्बोडिया ,सुडान ,इदी अंमिन को उगाण्डा बनाउदैनन भन्ने के ग्यारेन्टी ??

    सरकारको नेत्रित्व परिवर्तन हुनु पर्छ ,ठुलो दल को आधारमा माओवादीले त्यस्को नेत्रित्व गर्न पाउनु पर्ने कुरामा सैध्दान्तीक रूपमा सबैको सहमती भये पनि आफ्नो बाँच्न पाउने अधिकारको रक्षा गर्नको लागि कसैले माओवादीको बिपक्षमा खसेको सम्पूर्ण भोट् को प्रतिनिधित्व गर्छु भन्यो भने त्यस्लाई पनि नाजायज नै भन्न पाइदैन कि ?? किन भने कुनैपनी सिध्दान्त ,कुनै पनि नैतीकता ,कुनै पनि राजनिती ,कुनैपनी निर्णय मान्छे को ज्यान भन्दा महत्वपूर्ण हुँदैन र हुनु हुँदैन !! हामी नेपालीले पहिला बाँच्न पाउनु पर्‍यो कस्ले सरकार चलाऊने भन्ने कुरा गौण बिषय हुन !

98. This is the begining of the end for historic party congress, this clearly states their dictorial mentality and the illusive thought that they are the only custodian of democracy. The time has run out for this party to actualy go to the people and sincerely apologise for their past blunders instead the stupid rehotric from most elderly statment of the party exhibits ‘stick to chair or else we are finished’ mentality.      1. All those who see AGRAGAMAN in Maoist coming in power should know that is there a way to increase revenue once they are in power? -No way!!!!!!!!
     2. Do they have a concrete plan to develop local communities? – No, they are just taking big- I suggest them to start with small things that makes difference in simple people’s life and stop talking big-there is no money in the country- and the private sector has hard time to believe Baburan’s cry to invest.
     3. Stop speaking formated words – many people in Nepal do not understand what you are saying- Maoists leaders answer to every question is the same- we do not believe on that.
     4. I respect Maoist in playing a catalist role in some of the social changes that took place in Nepal- but the cost was too high. Prove yourself a peaceful progressive party, I have no problem forwarding your development agendas- but now it is your cry to get to the top and smash every opponent and rule for another 40 years.      निर्वाचनमा ठूलो दल बनेपछि , ठूलो दल हुनुको नाताले अनि सत्ता नेतृत्व लिने मनसायले पनि माओवादीले कुनै लचकता देखाउन चाहेको छैन । कांग्रेस र एमालेले आँफू कुटिएर , पिटिएर र आफ्ना कार्यकर्ताको दुर्दान्त हविगत हुँदा पनि निर्वाचन सम्पन्न पार्नुपर्छ भनेर माओवादीका अतिवादी जोरजुलुमलाई निर्वाचन सम्पन्न पार्न पर्छ भन्ने एउटै रटका लागि सहिरहे । निर्वाचनमा माओवादीले ठूलो दल बनेपछि, उसले नै सरकारको नेतृत्व चाहेको हो भने ठूलो दलको रूपमा उसले आफ्नो शैलि र व्यवहारबाट निश्चित कुरामा परिवर्तन ल्याउनुपर्छ र उसको गैरराज्यिक अतिवादी बिद्रोही कार्यव्यवहारमा परिवर्तन ल्याउनुपर्छ भनेर उसलाई सूचित गराइरहे । तर माओवादीले सम्झौता र सुलहको बाटोमा लागेर अरू दलहरूलाई आफ्नो पक्षमा विश्वासमा लिनुको सट्टा उनीहरूलाई चिढाउन र उनीहरूको मानमर्दन गर्न उद्यत मात्र रह्यो । जस्तो कि , अरू सहकर्मी दलहरूले उसलाई वाइसिएलको ज्यादति रोक्न अनिरोध गरे तर माओवादीले “वाइसिएलको संख्या विस्तार गरिन्छ” भनेर जवाफ दिँदै धम्क्यायो र उसका जोरजुलुमको फेहरिस्तमा रामहरि श्रेष्ठको हत्या गरेर, शिक्षकहरू पिटेर र राजिनामा गर्न वाध्य पारेर अनि अरू दलका मतदाताका गाउँमा पुग्ने खाने पानीका पाइपहरू काटेर आफ्नो उद्दण्डतालाई क्रान्तिकारिताको स्वघोषित तक्मा भिरायो । सहकार्य गर्ने भए त्यसको गृहकार्य गरेर तयार होऊ भनेर अरू दलहरूले भनिरहँदा, उसले “अरू सरकारमा आए आउँछन्,नआए एक्लै सरकार बनाइन्छ” भनेर धमास दिन उचित ठान्यो । सम्झौता र सहकार्यको राजनीतिमा लिने र दिने अथवा आफ्नो केही मागहरूमा लचिलो बन्नु पर्ने र अरूको कुरामा पनि सहमत भैदिनुपर्ने , विश्वमान्य अवधारणामा अघि बढेर जिम्मेवारी देखाउनुको सट्टा माओवादीले आँफूले संसदमा दुई तिहाइ जितिसकेर सम्पूर्णता हासिल गरिसकेको र सहकार्य गर्ने भए अरूदलहरू गिडगिडाएर आफ्नो पाउमा आत्मसमर्पण गर्न आउने पर्ने खालको रवैया देखाइरहँदा , अनुमान गर्न सकिन्छ नेपाली राजनीति संगीन मोडतर्फ बहकिन सक्छ ।

     यी सबै कुराको पृष्ठभूमिमा अनि शान्तिपूर्ण राजनीतिलाई एउटा तार्किक निष्कर्षमा पुर्‍याउन , गिरिजा कोईरालाको नेतृत्व अन्तरिम कालका २-३ वर्ष सर्वदलीय सरकारका लागि उचित थियो भने अब संविधान लेख्दाका २ वर्षसम्म पनि उचित हुनसक्छ । गिरिजा कोईराला कम्युनिष्टहरूका लागि सबैभन्दा अप्रिय र घिन लाग्दो नाम हुन सक्छ , तर उनीहरूको राजनीतिलाई यो मोडमा ल्याइपुर्‍याउन गिरिजा कोईरालाको बूढो काँधको अर्थी माग्ने, माओवादीले जनसंविधान लेख्ने कुरालाई महत्व दिएर सत्ताराजनीतिको हतारोमा आँफूलाई लगाएनन् भने उनीहरूकै भलो पनि हुन सक्छ ।
     यसो त शान्तिपूर्ण राजनिति तर्फ लागेको माओवादी सत्तामा भएपनि नभए पनि गत ३ वर्षमा मुलुकमा उसैको डि जुरे सरकार त चलिरहेको छ नि , चौतर्फि उसैको जोरजुलुम छ , उनै आरोप लगाउँछन् उनै बहस पैरवी गर्छन् , उनै फैसला सुनाउँछन् अनि उनैले मान्छेलाई आफ्नो पक्षमा राय राख्ने मौका नदिई फाँसी सुनाउँछन् रजल्लादको काम पनि गर्छन् अनि खोलामा लाश मिल्काउँछन् । यस्तो सत्ताको उन्मादमा रमाएको माओवादीलाई लागेको होला, अर्को सत्ता पनि एकै पटक चलाएर दुई सत्ताको रजगज मच्चाउन पाए आफ्ना आलोचक र बिरोधीहरूको कुन हविगत बनाउन पाइन्थ्यो होला भनेर । तर अरू दलहरूले उनीहरूको यो योजनालाई मूक स्विकृति दिएर मतियार बनिदिनु पर्छ भन्ने पनि त छैन नि ।

     अन्तमा, अहिलेको काम संविधान लेख्ने हो र यो काम जस्को नेतृत्वमा पनि हुनसक्छ,गिरिजा वा प्रचण्ड माध्ये । तर माओवादीलाई सत्ता दिनुपूर्व उसको व्यवहारमा १८० डिग्रीको परिवर्तन चाहिन्छ किनभने सत्ता नेतृत्व गर्दै गुण्डागर्दीको संरक्षक पनि बन्दा हाम्रो मुलुकको अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बेइज्जति हुन्छ न त यस्तो बाटोबाट नया नेपालको रुपरेखा कोरिन नै सम्भव छ । हुनत भारत अहिेले माओवादीलाई सत्तामा चढाएर, कांग्रेस र एमालेजस्ता ठूलादलहरूको नेस्तनाबूद गर्न तयार देखिएको छ , तर पनि मुलुभित्रकै ठूला र जिम्मेवारदलहरूसंग थोरै पनि लचकता नदेखाएर बज्रस्वाँठ दादागिरी मार्फत सबैलाई वाइसिएल औ छापामार आतंकको बलमा तह लगाउँछु भन्ने माओवादीलाई आफ्नो हतियार र बाहुबली दम्भ प्रत्यूत्पादक पनि हुन सक्छ ।

     नेपाली राजनैतिक पार्टीहरूलाई अझ पनि मिलेर अघि बढ्ने र सहमतिमा काम गर्ने सदबुद्दि प्राप्त होस् र यो कार्यमा नेपाली माओवादीले आँफूलाई जोरजुलुम वा बाहुबली जत्थाबाट उठाएर कार्यव्यवहारमा सभ्य, जिम्मेवार र राजनैतिक रूपमा सुसंस्कृत बनाउन थोरै पनि ध्यान दियो भने यो कुरा सम्भव हुनेछ, नत्र भने अहिलेसम्मको शान्तिप्रकृयाको पृष्ठभूमिमा नया नया ध्रुवीकरण बाटो खुल्नेछ । यस्तोमा माओवादीलाई सत्तामा जान जनता उतारेर र उनीहरूले भन्ने गरेको बिद्रोहको बाटो अख्तियार गर्नु पर्ने हुन सक्छ । तर यसो भयो भने नेपाल सुडान हुनेछ अनि बिद्रोहीहरू चाडबाट बन्दूक बोकेर आउने टट्टु हुन पुग्नेछन् । यहाँनेर राजा फुत्त उम्किने सम्भावना ज्युँका त्यूँ रहने छ ।

     As many of you I too believe that maoist should be given to form the government but before that the constitution should be changend so that simple majority can remove PM.Why I am writing this is if they donot behave according to the rule other parties can remove them from power.You all have observed that they are not behaving properly.I was expecting them to reform once they won many of the seats but that did not work.If something goes wrong then they claim it is done by the people( true communist style), they should bear responsibility.
     In this blog we have seen very srong supporter of maoist I donot know how many of you are really supporter of maoist( supported before election of after it?).Recall the immediate past there were many people to support king’s move and they used abusing words to the party because they it is king’s time. Now many of those mandales are doing the same showing their faith to maoist.So at this time maoist should rethink such pseudosupporters( nabamandales).

125. I dont understand why people are looking towards past and mistakes only. Maobadi and Girija both have done things that can be called disgrace. But we are tired of Girija, he must take rest. 127. I share similar views as Chandra Jees regarding throwing out Girija Babu with two-third majority as required in out current interim constitutions. If any of you believe in “Janata ko vote”, Maoist should figure out how to get that required two-third majority and change the government. Otherwise, they should also realize that they do not have enough poeple’s support and go back with poeple and prepare for teh next election to take place after CA within 2 years.

     I do not want to explain further about “true nature of national contribution of maoist and other exising parties” as this was already evident in their first meeting in which they discussed about salary and benefits of CA members. Where the whole countries per capita income is less than 15000 NRS our CA members are enjoying over 3000% than an ordinary Nepali earns.

     So, I do not believe that Maoist are 1% more “loktantra baid” than other parties. They are all at same level in terms of “loktantrabadi – janabadi – samajbadi”.

     नेपाल एक प्रजातान्त्रिक मुलुक हो । यही मुलुकमा प्रजातान्त्रिक तवरले नबस्दा राजाको हालत भयो, तर त्यो बिचमा राजाको शासनको सिकार जनता नै भए । फेरी पनि अर्को तानासाह आउँदा त्यो पनि जाला, तर त्यो बिच्मा त्यस्को मारमा जनता नै पर्छन । कती सामन्त बाट जनता शोषित भइरहने ? यो मुख्य प्रश्न हो । र अर्को कुरा प्रजातान्त्रिक मुलुकमा हरेक राजनीतिक पार्टीहरु प्रजातान्त्रिक सन्स्कार र पध्धति बोकेको हुनुपर्छ । जुन अहिले माओवादी चरित्रमा देखिदैन अर्थात सन्देहात्मक अवस्था छ । अनी कसरी उनिहरुलाई सत्ताको बिरासत सुम्पन सकिन्छ । उनिहरुलाई सत्ताको साचो कसैले सुम्पनु पनि प्रजातान्त्रिक मुलुकको गैरपजातान्त्रिक र गैरकनुनी कृयाकलाप हो , जो कसैले गर्नु हुन्न । प्रजातन्त्रको अर्थ ज्ञान हुने जो कसैले माओवादीको चरित्र र द्वैध निती स्विकार्न सक्दैन । मान्छे मार्दा पार्टीले मारेको भन्ने अवस्था रहुन्जेल त्यहा जनताले प्रजातान्त्रिक हक उपभोग गर्न नपाएको ठहर् हुन्छ ।
     समग्रमा माओवादीले देखिने र महसुस गर्न सकिने रुपमा ब्यवहाँरमा परिवर्तन ल्याउन सके कसैले पनि उनिहरुलाई सत्तामा पुग्न रोक्न सक्दैन र गुण्डाराज रोकिएको दिन अमेरिकाले पनि आतंककारीको सुचिमा राख्न सक्दैन । यो कुरा पक्का हो ।
     अन्त्यमा समय अभावका बाब्जुद मैले आफ्नो दुई शब्द एक स्वतन्त्र नागरिकको हैसियतले राखेको हुँ । र म कुनै पार्टी सँग आबध्ध छैन ।
     तसर्थ यदी कुनै कमेन्ट मित्रको कमेन्टको उत्तर दिन भ्याइन भने छ्यमा प्रार्थी छु ।

     देशलाई अनिश्‍चितता तिर ढकाल्‍नेहरुमा ज्ञाने सितै गिरिजा र शेरवहादुरको पनि मुख्‍य भुमिका छ। तर गिरिजाले यसको ठुलो जिम्‍मेवारी वहन गर्नैपर्छ।
     -गणेशमानलाई पाखा लाऊन खोज्‍ने गिरिजा हुन।
     -किसुनजीलाई लत्‍याऊने गिरिजा हुन।
     -पार्टी फुटाएर बुदधि न वुताका शेरवहादुरलाई हिरो बनाउने गिरिजा हुन।
     शुरुका वर्षहरुमा माओवादीहरुलाई दमन गरेर झन उकास्‍ने गिरिजा हुन।
     -माओवादीलाई ज्ञानेको सेना र पुलिसको बलले मात्र तह लाउन खोजने शेरवहादुर हुन, जसलाई माओवादीले राजाको नोकर भनेका छन।
     -खुमवहादुर, गोविन्‍द जोशी, वाग्‍ले आदिले भ्रष्‍टचार गिरिजाकै कुनेतृत्‍वमा गरे।
     -लौडा, धमिजा, राजदुत नियुक्‍ति आदि काण्‍डका अधिनायक गिरिजा हुन।

     उमेर र रोगले चापेका गिरिजामा स्‍वविवेक लोप हुदै गइरहेका छन। परिवारजनका इशारा चल्‍छन। परिवार बाहेक अरुको कुरा सुन्‍दैनन। विना वुदधिका सुजातालाई अरु कसैलाई नसोधी एकैचोटि बिना बिभाग क्‍याबिनेट मंत्रीमा नियुक्‍त गरिनु यसैको उदाहरण हो।

     देश यसबेला अत्‍यन्‍तै गाह्रो परिस्‍थिति बाट गुज्रिरहेको छ। आगामी दुई बर्ष नेतृत्‍व लिएकाले दिनरात खटेर काम गर्नु पर्नेछ। उमेर र रोगको कारणले गिरिजाबाबुमामा न त शारिरिक क्षमता छ न त मानसिक नै। सबैथोक छोरी र परिवार जनले गरिदिनु भनेको अर्को शक्‍ति केन्‍द्र कायम गरिराख्‍नु हो जुन स. स. को चुनावको परिणामले रद्‍द गरिदिईसकेका छन।

     गिरिजा बावुको सेवाको कदर गर्दै हालमा सक्रिय राजनीति बाट उँहालाई
     विदा दिनु नै देशको निम्‍ति श्रेयस्‍कर हुनेछ।

132. गिरिजाको यो हठको पछाडी क कस्को हात छ त्यो भोली देखिने कुरा हो । सत्ता हस्तान्तरण गर्नु अगाडी माओवादी आचरण र ब्यावहारमा सुधार हुनुपर्ने माग सहित शर्तहरु राख्नु यौटा कुरा हो ति नै शर्तको ढाट तेर्साई अग्रगमनको बाटो छेक्नु अर्को कुरा हो । यो बेला गणतन्त्र पक्षधरहरु चुक्ने हो भने न देशमा राजतन्त्र हट्ने छ न देशको राजनीतिमा गिरिजातन्त्र घट्ने छ तर समयमा समयलाई चिन्न नसक्ने गिरिजातन्त्रले अन्तत गणतन्त्रलाई नै फाईदा पुर्याउने निश्चित छ ।

133. मलाई पनि दाल मा कालो छ जस्तो लाग्छ है। नत्र भने संबिधान सभा भन्दा पछी सकृय राजनीति बाट सन्यास लिने घोषणा गरेको गिरिजा बाजे अहिले आयर फेरी अड्को थाप्छन। के यो राम्रो सङ्केत हो त? पक्कै पनि होइन। अरे जनता ले अब तिमीहरु बाट नेपाल मा कुनै परिवर्तन हुने छैन र नयाँ नेपाल तिमीहरु को नेत्त्रित्वो मा बन्नु हुँदैन भनेर चुनाव मा गोलखाडी खुवाइदियपछी त जन भाबना को कदर गर्दै नेत्त्रित्वो ठुलो पार्टि लाई जिम्मा लगाउनु को साट्टो होइन मै सरकार को नेत्त्रित्वो गर्छु भन्नु राजतन्त्र जोगाउने र गणतन्त्र को कार्यन्वयन हुन नदिने सड्यन्त्र हो। हुन त यस बिषय मा पहिले नै ज्ञाने सँग कुरा मिलेकै होला क्यारे त त्यै भयर त गिरिजा को मुख बाट बारम्बार राजा लाई स्पेस दिने कुरा,बेबी किङ,सेरमोनियल राजा आदी इत्यादी कुरा खुस्केका। मैले त पैले को ब्लग मै पनि भनेको हो गिरिजा ले यती चाडै सत्ता छोड्ने वाला छैन भनेर। हुन त हामी ले भनेर के नै हुने वाला छ र???अब पर्ख र हेर/…..

     However, if we see his past actions, he is not the leader but a disgusting, greedy and selfish person. He dissolved his government of absolute majority in 2050 BS but for no reason other than his stubbornness.
     Again he caused desolution of government headed by Sher B. Deuba by playing dirty game (Making two MPs Chakra B. Shahi and Deep J. Shah absent.

     He didn’t bother to removed Krishna P. Bhattrai from PM and became himself PM in 2055 BS.

     In 2056 BS, he expelled Sher B. Deuba from his party and caused to dbecame the main cause of dissolution of his party’s government with absolute majority.

     Just 3/4 months back too, Girija had declared that he would take rest from politics after CA election.

     But see now, what he is doing. Girija’s this action certainly will hurt the dignity of real congress leaders and those who believe in NC. Only those faction of NC will support this action who do not belive in democracy, who do not want to respect the people’s mandate and who have benefitted from Girija and Sujata being their spoons (Khume, Govende, Chrinjibe and Bale prabitis). Otherwise, all the genuine people be they believe in maoists, be they believe in nepali congress, be they believe in UML, be they believe in Tetai party or other parties will condemn Girija’s such action.

     Hey Girija!! where is your ethics? If you do not believe in ballot, people will be obliged to take alternative actions!!!

187. The question is not about PM ship under Girija or Prachanda. We should be asking ourselves the procedure for becoming a PM. If we take into consideration the individual aspect of Girija and Prachanda, none of them have enough supporter to keep them in the Government on constituional basis. However, a government with minrity is no worse than “anarchy”. Since leaders eleceted in this CA are experienced enough, at least one group should come up with required majority and form a government. I truely hope if Maoists can show their strength by brining enough mandates at CA (not relative majority i.e. standing at higher top than other party) but an absolute majority (standing at upper 50 percentile). Even if Prachanda is to become a PM now and then the constituional provision remains the same, then the fate of that government will be same as UML’s government led by Man Mohan Adhikary which which started some new things and which had to close in the middle and no one knows if that was right or wroing in terms of impact. So I pledge Prachanda to form an absolute majority and come up with plan, instead of saying “i got more votes than you so you get out” as in a democratic process.

     मेरो बिचारमा अझै एउटा अन्तिम संघर्ष बाँकि छ नेपालि जनताले शान्ति र प्रगतिको बाटोमा लम्किन ! जहाँ यि सत्ता छोड्नभन्दा सति जान तयार निन्दनिय सोँचहरुको अन्त्य हुनेछ !
     सत्तामा जुकालाइ “सुपरग्लु” लगायर टाँसेभन्दा बढि टाँसिन खोज्ने कोइरालाप्रवृत्तिबाट राजतन्त्रको अन्त्य हुने आशा गर्नु अस्वाभाविक हो !

     गिरिजाप्रसादले सहजै सत्ता छाड्ने छाँट नदेखाय सडक संघर्षबाट हटाउनु नै एउटा विकल्प रहनेछ यिनिहरुको वास्तविक धरातलको महशुस गराउनपनि !

But the election is over, even they are showing their character abducting, cheating, killing and threting to the people, It is the unfortune for the nepali people. people are suffering since one decade. Every nepali wants peace in the country. Still peace is disordiring due to the moaist’s characters. Therefore, it is very sereious things. A couple days ago, Ramhari shrestha was died due to beaten by the Moaist.In case of PM Girija P Koirala he may handover the power to the Moaist leadership if they are honest. otherwise moaist is a crimical peoples. it is not necessary to handover the power to these criminal people.
