यसअनुसार निवर्तमान महासचिव माधवकुमार नेपाल यसअघि महासचिव हुनुअघि कै जिम्मेवारी विदेश विभाग प्रमुखमा रहेका छन्, पार्टी स्कुल विभाग प्रमुखमा के.पी. शर्मा ओली, सङ्गठन विभाग प्रमुखमा अमृतकुमार बोहरा, मध्यपश्चिमाञ्चल क्षेत्रीय समन्वय कमिटी संयोजकमा वामदेव गौतम, प्रचार विभाग प्रमुखमा इश्वर पोखरेल, जलस्रोत विभाग प्रमुखमा प्रदीप नेपाल, सचिवालय सचिवमा युवराज ज्ञवाली, संसदीय विभाग प्रमुखमा विष्णु पौडेल, काठमाडौँ उपत्यका समन्वय कमिटी इन्चार्जमा राजेन्द्र श्रेष्ठ र सामाजिक सेवा विभाग प्रमुखमा उर्मिला अर्याल रहेका छन्। बाँकी केन्द्रीय कमिटीका सदस्यको जिम्मेवारी हाल यथावत् राखिएको र आगामी एक महिनाभित्र बस्ने केन्द्रीय कमिटीको बैठकले आवश्यक हेरफेर गर्ने भनिएको छ। तपाईँलाई यो कार्यविभाजन कस्तो लाग्यो। अब तपाईँको पालो, आफ्नो विचार राख्नुस्।

I think you are the blind supporter of UML.
Do you think the UML is still pursuing communist ideals? I don’t think so. The UML leaders are corrupt, nepotist, bahunist and without any foreseeable vision for the future of country.
What do you think they have done for our country except to occupy the ministrial position/ or MP’s position and swallow the allowances paid by people?
In addition they have protected a bunch of corrupt people like Sitaram Parsai, notorious manpower agents who have been cheating the innocent people and amassing millions of rupees for their own sake, harvoured the one caste leadership, that is wholly controlled by Bahun leaders.
What have they done for the poor people of Nepal in the past? They were given chance by people but they betrayed the people by compromising Mahakaali with Indea. Don’t think Nepalese people are stupid. Nepalese people have given chance to every party. And this time is for Maoists. Although they have not done anything special in terms of the country’s development, they have successfully nationalized their agenda, i.e. Federal Republicanism, which other parties including UML also have adopted now. Don’t forget the time when UML and Nepali Congress siding with the despotic king Gyanendra and killing innocent people in the name of Maoists during time of the people’s war. At that time they were not in the position to even amend the constitution. That’s why they labelled Maoists as terrorists and killed the innocent people. But finally when King Gyanendra didn’t heed to their vested interests, they sided with Maoists and adopted Maoist agenda.
Why are these guys talking of Maoists killing the people? Maoists were fighting for the people’s rights. If the political parties had agreed the agenda put forth by Maoists 12 years ago, there would be no such war. But they bowed to the king and didn’t listen to Maoists. The constituent assembly election was demanded by Maoists long time ago. But they didn’t agree to it too. UML was simply saying at that time that only by amending the constitution we can change the political system. Then why did they agree to Maoist agenda later?
I think the UML does not have any concrete plan and strategy for the future of our country. Those who are supporting UML are simply the blindfolded folks who do not see anything else other than the UML. If you can open your eyes and can judge the past and present I don’t think you can still remain with UML.

People who promote terrorist activities, they are terrorists. Maoists are trying to get favor from people by intimidating and terrorizing. May be you support moaists and it is no wonder you see all activities of maoists in the people’s interest. But try to put yourselves in the people’s shoes then you will probably get to know it.
Second, UML may not fall under the maoists’ definition of communism. Even Baburam Bhattarai is not a communist (but a traiter like Puspalal in the eyes of some extremists). We wish UML not to be a communist like Maoists!
We want UML guided by people’s multiparty democracy propounded by Late Madan Bhandari. We want UML work for the people to make social reform in peoceful way.

In the case of UML, they are not communist outfit anymore, they don’t have any norms and values neither ethics – just opportunists where people like KP Oli and Modanath Prasrit are included.

The values and deeds of UML put them down viz-e-viz Maoists this time. Its right time for UML to collaborate, if possible be united, with the Moists, whatever name they may chose for the newly emerging party.
The reason for above is very simple, beginning Karl Marx and to Fedel Castro, all the communist leaders, have accept one common thing that is the dynamic character of the doctrine on commusism. This is precisely what Madan Bahandari based his arguments for the UML to adopt a strategy to fit in multi-party democracy 15 years ago and called for united Communist Party. Now if people has liked the further modifications of the doctrine as explained by the Maoists, the UML and other leftists should embrace. By doing that they will only strengthen progressive movement and the phylosophy of communism world wide and set Nepal as an example to the world on how just, equality and welfare of popolations can be attained.
Let us stop being biosed to some political parties and be realistic for the sake of population. Many times we blame Maoists for the death of 13,000 Nepalese. They are, in fact, martyres who had laid grounds to bring the changes that we see today in Nepal. In some situations, despite sacrifice of many more, changes could not be brought in. How about the Gurkhas being killed for the cause of foreigners, they outnumber above figure. Who should we blamed for this?
People have chosen Maoists to lead Nepal to a new Era and all should provide support to this (as a matter of respect to democratic principles) and open the iron gate for prosperity of Nepal , which is even accepted by the Ambassador of UK, the mother of democracy (See his speeach in Charikot, yesterday).
Why they are recruiting only a Bahun rather than that they have to put name of Bahun Party like a Nepali Congress. NC bahun party UML kumai party. This kind of resuffle UML won’t go up.

How one can dare to suggest the UML leaders,caders and supporters to surrender with Maoist (CPN). UML is still a rational communist party of Nepal. In democracy it has overtaken the old democratic party, Nepali Congress, and in communist philosophy it is the main party in Nepal carrying the flag of People’s Multiparty Democracy founded under the leadership of late Madan Bhandari. What is the aim of Maoist to conduct Peoples war and to fight for constitution assembly? Obviously, to run multiparty democracy for the capitilist revolution. That is what they are doing. Ultimately, Maoist are following the political path of UML. Sometimes they argue saying that Maoist has Red Army. That is why it is fundamentally different from the UML version. Then, why are they dissolving or integrating their army with national army to become armyless. They have no moral politics, they are most opportunist in Nepal, their past is linked with the murder/death of 14,000 people. They should think the power of peaceful struggle. Look at the Upendra Yadav. It is not even a party, one year old forum, they become the largest party in Terai region with the sacrifice of just below one dozen of its cadres.You were the case of deaths of 14,000 people just to win 120 seats in direct election. Who is more productive and dynamic to win the mandate of people, Maoist or Forum?. Compare the death toll and won seat between Maoist and Forum considering the period. Certainly in comparison to time period, the number of sacrificed people and the won seats, the Forum is far better in its popularity. According to Maoist propoganda/ demand higher the seats – better the party and its policy. If so, why not to demand the post of Primeminister for Upendra, a leader of very popular party with a very popular policy. All their politics is around the communal politics. One want to make 22se and 24se Rajya other wants separate linear state ( a straight line state), a good follower of Lasker-a-Taiba. In this context who should merge with whom? A historic true communist party into a party with criminal/terrorist behaviour or the honest caders of Maoist into to a true communist pary?
The swelling (no. of seats in CA) of maoist is due to the disease of ‘Opportunisticulosis’ with the symptoms of ability to see ‘jumra’ on others body but enable to see ‘bhainsi’ in her own body. That can be treated with the massive operation (bhandafor)of Maoist’s opportunitism combined with powerful antibiotic (all parties and people).
As far as the distribution of different department in UML is concerned, all the nominated leaders including other left ones have the needed determination, history, and ability to learn lesson from CA election and modify/transform itself accordingly and run the own department smoothly.
In this democratic exercise one with intolerable metality might be provocative (like in CA election time)and might attack me physically and make me second Ram Hari Shrestha. We should be careful and prepared for those untoward incidents. That is it for now.

KP Oli (KAJU KANCHHO)has been commenting and hating the non-educated people several times. How this top most educated man in the world could handle the education sector in Nepal? He always favours the rich and educated people. This decision is a blunder mistake of UML. Hope he will be defeated by the poor and uneducated people again in the next election.
I was expecting a ‘HUTITYAU TIPPANIKAR/PATRAKAR’ Mr. Second Nepal, will get the portfolio of communication and related areas, but he got the portfolio of water resources.
Looks most of these guys are corrupted and old faces. Young generation people wouldn’t compatible with these guys. Also, they couldn’t find good imaged people in UML. It is because UML is such a party, where hundreds of corrupted leaders working together.
