अब तपाईँको पालोः राष्ट्रपति को ?

नेपालको राजनीति अहिले पद बाँडफाँडमा गएर अडकिएको छ। आज बस्ने संविधान सभाको दोस्रो बैठकले राष्ट्रपति चुन्ने लगायतका अन्य काम गर्नुपर्ने भए पनि सहमति नजुटेकोले आजको बैठक अ‍ौपचारिकतामा सीमित हुँदैछ। दलहरुबीच सेरेमोनियल राष्ट्रपति राख्‍ने सहमति भएकोले माअ‍ोवादीका अध्यक्ष प्रचण्ड त्यस्तो पदमा नबस्ने लगभग निश्चित देखिएको छ। वर्तमान प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइराला सो पदका दावेदार हुन्। तर माअ‍ोवादीले अन्तिम अवस्थासम्म अडान नलिए मात्रै। किनभने आजसम्मका उनीहरुका नेताका अभिव्यक्तिले कोइरालालाई राष्ट्रपति नबनाउने देखिन्छ। कोइरालालाई राष्ट्रपति नबनाउनेमा फोरमसमेत लागेको छ। उता, हिजो एमालेको मुखपत्र बुधबारमा राष्ट्रपतिको दावेदारका रुपमा बलियो उम्मेदवार आफ्ना भूपू महासचिव माधवकुमार नेपाल भएको दावी गरिएको छ। मनोनीत भएर संविधान सभामा त नजाने अडान लिएका नेपाल राष्ट्रपति बन्लान् त ? शंका गर्नुपर्ने आधार छन्। तपाईँको विचारमा माथिका तीन मध्ये को राष्ट्रपति बन्दा ठीक होला ? कि राष्ट्रपतिका लागि गैर राजनीतिक व्यक्ति ल्याउने हो ? त्यसो हो भने कसलाई ल्याउने ? कि हाललाई नागार्जुन दरबार दिए जस्तो ज्ञानेन्द्रलाई नै दिने भित्री सहमति त छैन दलहरुको ? तपाईँको के विचार छ, आफ्नो विचार राख्‍नुस्।

As in this Country on one is there who is going to think about the Country, Our political leader from different parties has express their view to the king of Nepal should be the normal Nepali, He has been remove from the palace and he has given the another Palace, Why not to give him the post of president of the Nation. To be honest there is no on who is going to be the feet person for the president of this Nation.   20. Having gone through the comments on, “Who the suitable Nepalese Citizen for the post of President is”, I have come to conclude as hereunder.
    There is no alternative of Girijaprasad Koirala who has spent his entire life in the politics from the stage to abolish the autocracy Rana regime till now. He has sacrificed his happiness for the nation-he didn’t get 2nd marriage although his wife passed away when he was youth. Although he was not so popular in the past-he might not have rule popularly as much as it was required & his name was brought in media as corrupt, but no one could prove it. And it is fact that a person who holds responsibility is always blamed.
    We have been experiencing his concern and dedication towards the nation since last few years. The years long monarchy has been abolished and nation has been declared as federal republican democratic country in his leadership. Hence, he should unanimously be given the chance to become the First President of Nepal, he may not sustain more as well. But NO to Prachanda who is the leader of;
    1. Murderer of more than 10k Nepalese.
    2. Destroyers of the infrastructure of Nepal.
    3. Development hinders for more than years.
    4. Terrifying gang so called Maoists
    No more prachanda path which leads Nepalese to HELL!
    Note: the comments count more in favour of GP Koirala as well. Gyanendra can also be considered as ceremonial President after the death of GP, if he and paras publicly apologise and rectify themselves.

  21. Looking at today`s situation I think giving EX King Gyanendra as first President Post makes more sense to me. Only as RASTRAPATI without any wings.
    Until Nepal was declared Peoples` Republic every party was blaming King for every situation but look at the situation now! I am a great supporter of Peoples` Republic but political parties you should be ashamed of yourselves. What you think the rest of the world is analysing you as? common grow up! Having analyzed political commitment to democracy,service of nation in the transition period to help prevail the sustainable peace in future,to make check and balance of power between extreme left and extreme right i mean maoism and democracy, i have not seen any other person but GP koirala to be the most respectable personality for the post of president. Moreover, to acquire the international support in nepal political transition period, he can play a role of guardian to all political parties not only congress. Furthermore, his selection would help reduce autocratic and authoritorian behaviour of maoist in each and every state affairs, and it could be the most plausible decision. GP koirala as president, Baburam as Primeministor and Subash Nembang as the chairman of the cosntitutional assembly could be the most effective power balance between the major parties which not only help run constitutional assembly in a smooth manner but also can get support for maoist lead government from western developed world.     GP Koirala will die soon and again there will be another fight for President soon. so, lets not make him and congrss do not have that mandate as well . The top position must be held by Maoist as they have landscape victory. The concept of power sharing is good but at least president and prime minister must be held by Maoist .

    Firstly, after declaration of democratic republic of Nepal, any nepali citizen has the right to be the preesident of Nepal.
