14. No words…. its just a lesson to be learnt by all the Neplease Daju Bhai and Didi Bahani. Though it’s sad that the world lost a Doctor but all the actions speaks that Mr. Acharya was guilty for speeding up, involved in human loss accident and instead of stopping his BMW to check the victim biker all he did was ran away to get away from everything.
    Moral of the story, U make a mistake accept the circumstances. Once again i feel sorry that the world lost a doctor.

21. लेख लेख्ने, कबिता लेख्ने गित्गाउने कथा भन्ने काम हरु अाआफ्ना सैलिहरु हुन। तर काम्कुरो एकतिर कुम्लोबोकी ठिमीतिर भनेझै लेखकहरु दौदिएका देखदा अनर्थ लाग्छ। कुरोके भने मनिष ले गल्ती गर्छ। तेस्का अनेक कारणहरु हुन्छन। तेस्मा बिचर गर्न नै नियम कानुन पुलिस प्रशासन आदी चाहिन्छ। यि सबैथोक हुँदा हुँदै पनि सब्थोक प्रस्थ हुन्छ भन्ने छैन। त्यहा धेरै कुरा पता नलागेकोपनी हुनसक्छ। तर लेख्नपायो भन्दैमा जे पायो तेही लेख्ने। कबिता कथा गीत गाउने। यो हामी नेपाली हरु को धेरी नराम्रा्ओ बानी हो। पहिलो कुरात एक्जना नेपाली युबक चिकित्सक भएर बिदेस्मा आउनुपर्ने परिस्थिती नेपालीकोलागी दुकको कुरा हो। चिकित्सक, नस , अरु पेसाका पेसेबर हरु बिदेस जानु सिवाय अरुबिकल्प थोरै चन।
    बिदेस आखिर बेदेस नै हो जसरी केही लेखक ले पैसा कमौन, ठुलो मान्छे हुन गएको थियो भन्ने जस्तो तुछ शब्द प्रयोग गर्नुभयो। त्यो ठीक हैन। मुख्ह कुरो हामीले यो घटना लाई फरक ढंगले हेरौन। कतै अली प्रस्थ हुन्छ कि।
    १) पहिलो कुरो त आचार्य जि ले हाई स्पीड मा गाडी चलाऊनुभयो त्यो उहाको ठुलोगल्ती हो। किन चलाऊनुभयो कारण हामीलाई अहिलेसम्मा थाहा छहिन। शायद थाहापनी नहोला। दोस्रोकुरा हाई स्पीड कैकारन मोटरबाइक चालक को ज्यान गयो। एस्मा उहाको जिमेबारी थियो घाइते लाई आबस्यक शाहयोग को लागि पुलिस लाई खबर्गर्ने। एस्को अलाबा उहा भागनु भयो। किन भागनुभो । यो अनुसन्धान गर्नु पर्ने बिषयथियो। तर त्यो अधुरो रह्यो। एक्सिडेन्ट का म्रितक को लागिपनी हामीले तथ्य पता लगाएर आब्स्य्क सहयोग गर्नुपर्थ्यो। त्यो पनि तेसै पर्‍यो।
    २) दोस्रोकुरा अपराद पता लगाउनु पर्छ। अपरद गर्ने (जानी, नजानी ) लाई पनि मेरोयो गल्तिभैयो भन्ने महसुस हुनसक्ने अबस्ता मा पुरयुनुपर्छ । भोली जेल भित्रै बसेर पनि मनिष हरु ले समाजको सेवा गर्ने र आफ्नु गल्ती महसुस गर्ने अबसर पौछन । ति बेक्ती को महसुस र सुधार ले अरु मनिष लाई पनि समयएको पिडा एस्तो हुन्छ। सबै सतर्के हुपर्छ भन्ने देखौछ।
    ३)तेस्रो कुरा के भने हत्या, अत्महत्या ले मात्र वास्तविक कुरा प्रस्थ हुँदैन । भोली औने यस्तै समस्या समाधान गर्नपनी हामी बिबेक्सिल भएर दोशिलाई हपारेर लत्यार होइन, क्रमिक रुपमा अनुसन्धान गर्दै, कनुन, पुलिस, प्रशासन को सहयोग लिएर दोसी र पीडित पक्ष लाई मध्य नजर दिनुपर्छ।
    आखिर दुबइथरी को ज्यान गयो एस्मा हामी सबैले हारयु। एस घटना मा परेका दुबइथरी मित्रक अत्मा हरु को चिर शान्ति को साथै उहाहरु का आफन्त र सोक्मग्न परिवार हरु लाई भगवान ले धैर्य धाअरन गर्ने अबसर प्रदन गरोस। र लेखक साथीहरु तथ्य बिना को मनगदेन्ते कुराहरु नलेखदानै वास्तविकता बुज्न सजिलोपर्छ।

    (इन्सेक ज्यु बिक्रम ,पुष्प ज्यु ,चन्द्र ज्यु को धारणा बाहेक) अरु धेरै ले he deserve it भन्ने आसयेको कमेन्टस् लेख्नुको अर्थ त्यस्लाई ठिकै पर्‍यो भनेको जस्तो बुझे मैले । जानी जानी हजौरौ निर्दोषहरुको हत्या गर्ने ब्यक्तित्वहरुलाई महान क्रान्तिकारी भनी सिरमा राख्ने विद्वानहरुले डक्टर शिवलालद्वारा भएको दुर्घटनालाई अक्ष्यम जघन्य अपराध ठानेको देख्दा अचम्म लाग्नु त स्वभाविकै हो। जानेर वा नजानेर कसैको पनि जीवन लिने अधिकार कसैलाई छैन । शिवलाल जी सातिर अपराधी भएको भये त्यसरी आत्तिएर भागने थिएनन होला ,न जेल को ताडनादेखी आत्तिएर आत्महत्या नै गर्ने थिए होला?जहा पनि यो पेसामा भएका ब्यत्तिहरु मानसिक र शाररिक रुपमा नै धेरै थकित हुन्छन । रातभरीको थकान नयाँ कामको खोजोको टेन्सन ,कही पुग्ने हतारो त्यस्माथी अचानक भएको दुर्घटनाले केही सोचन नसकी आत्तिएर उनी भागेका हुन सक्छन हो अमेरिकाको पुलिस नेपालको जस्तो हुँदैनन । पुलिस के केही पनि नेपाल जस्तो हुँदैन। न अमेरिकको नेता नेपालको जस्तो हुन्छ न अमेरिकन जनता नेपाली जस्तो हुन्छन न अमेरिकन डक्टर अमेरिका छाडेर नेपाल काम गर्न पाये सुनको हात्ती नै फेला पार्नेछु भनी नेपाल हाम्फल्छन। त्यसकारण अमेरिकन पुलिश नेपाल जस्तो हुन्न भनेर आँफैलाई फुलिस बनाउने कुरा कसैले नगरे नै बेस होला बरु सकिन्छ भने त्यो साच्चैकै आत्महत्या नै हो या हत्या डा .शिव लाल को मानसिक स्थिती ठीक थिएन भने तिन्लाई किन अस्पातल नराखी जेल राखियो?नेपालको पुलिस जस्तो नभएको अमेरिकाको जेल प्रशासन पनि अवस्य नेपालको भन्दा उच्च स्तरिय प्राबधिक क्यामरा जडित होला ?
    २४ सै घण्टा अलर्ट जेल प्रशासन होला ?त्यस्तो high technology भएको ठाउमा एउटा कैदिले आत्महत्या गरी रहदा त्यहाको जेल प्रशासन के हेरी रहेका थिए ?आदी इत्यादी प्रश्नहरुको उत्तर खोज्ने प्रयास गरी दिनु भयेमा सांच्चै नै एउटा नेपाली प्रती याहाँहरूको संच्चा क्ष्रदान्जली र शोक सन्तप्त परिवारलाई सांचो सम्बेदना हुने थियो कि?

24. म डॉक्टर आचार्यको ठाउमा भएको भये, म पनि आत्मा ह्त्या नै गर्थे होला !!

    अमेरिकाको जेल भित्र हामी नेपालीहरु धेरै दिनसम्म बाच्न सक्दैनौ ! अमेरिकाको जेल भित्रको कथा मैले मेरो दूइ साथीहरुबाट सुनेको थिए! एउटा नेपालको मंत्रीको (राप्रपा) छोरा र एउटा सचिबको छोरा यस्तै driniking and driving violation मा पर्दा १- २ हप्ता जति जेल बस्नु परेको थियो ! हाल उनिहरु पढ़ाई सकेर नेपाल फर्कि सकेका छन ! उनीहरुको भनाइमा त्यों एउटा नर्क नै हो ! कालेहरुले यतीसम्म गरे रे की मध्ये रातमा मंत्रीको छोरालाइ यौन गर्न जबरजस्ती गर्न खोजे रे ! मेक्सिकन drug dealer हरु जेल भित्रैबाट कारोबार गर्छन रे !

    अमेरिकाको जेलहरु काले र मेक्सिकनले भरिएको छ ! अपराधी काले र मेक्सिकनहरुको भिडमा भर्खर नेपालबाट आएको र पूरा जिबन academically बिताएको डॉक्टर आचार्यलाइ कति मानसिक यातना भयो होला भन्ने कुरा कल्पना गर्न गर्हो छैन ! एउटा अपराधी मानसिकता भएको मान्छे भएको भय केहि हदसम्म adjust गर्न सक्थे होला ! अर्को कुरा डॉक्टर आचार्यले जानी जानी अपराध गरेका पनि होइनन ! गल्ती सबैबाट हुन्छ !

    Rule of the law को एउटा पाटो, एउटा ब्यक्ति वा परिवारलाइ कति कठोर हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा यस्मा देखिन्छ !

    डॉक्टर आचार्यको परिवारलाइ हार्दिक सम्बेदना र उनको मृत आत्माले शान्ति पाओस !!

37. Infact indeed a very sad news. The moments are hard to bear, when someone too close departs from this world in strange country without seeing him for ages. This tragic loss has severely damaged several dreams and several lives related to him. But, i hope, i wish, god almighty bestow them with a tremendous will power to bear this unrepairable loss caused.

38. To be precise, it is not that “The Doctor” died, it is in fact “the man killed himself and died”. The basic idea of simpathy is that every human being should live his full life and this is also the responsibility of human to live and let live. But in this case the man in question did not allowed this to happen, firstly because of his reckless driving, he killed the motercycle rider, and secondly he killed himself. Killing oneself is as big a crime as killing somebody else. In any case he is the untimate loser. The sympathy goes to motorcycle rider and it is regretable that a person who deserved to be inside bar, went away with his crime. However, the god will not spare anyone, he will be punished down at the hands of god. This is the story of a man resigned from his life.

    We can argue taking any side and perspective. But in this moment blood is thicker than water so i pray for eternal peace.
    In fact, What i see is that, he is not a criminal because he happened to encounter that unfortunate and mishap. I know , No one is criminal by birth but no one can tag anyone as criminal or deserved for this cozzz accidents are accidental.

    Talking the issue of flee, It is very ridiculous and insane to blame him this way. Actually, He never did anything against the country as gangster. You see lots of people here who always saboteur but you never say single word and keep tolerating them . And i am sure that you yourselves haven’t done anything for the better uplift of the country.

    Additionally, you never feel sad when someone goes to gulf country but you feel furious when you hear someone flies to some developed country, this proves you are jealous and you are ability and capability less flesh and bones. You better go through charles darwins theories.

    The family of the one whom he kill is also in a deep grief so i pray for his soul and his parents to face.

    Finally, i abominate his decision because suicide is not the only solution of any problem in life.

79. That guy seems to be very tired physically as well as mentally because of constant driving. The same tiredness might have tricked him to take such a stupid mistake. This could have happened to anyone. I had heard a lot of story about “alikati lay garda banche ko” of so many Nepali. These were the lucky guys. In the case of Dr. Acharya there was no luck. 81. If anybody wants to live in United States, one must obey all the rules and regulation. If anybody violates the regulation, there is no way to get away from the prosecution. In this context, the Doctor was careless, reckless driver and didn’t call the cops in accident.I can’t say about other charges but if one couldn’t abide the road rules then how could we be sure that he had been following the Federal rules!!!

134. Sad to hear but he deserved. jail time would be only 7 years or less if he hired lawyer, and he would be deported. Everybody makes mistakes, but he should not have run he should have called 911 instead. Since he was a doctor he cannot escape from the accident scene, he should have helped as much as he can.

     He deserved first degree murder because he escaped the crime scene. I am not happy about that but or i am sad about the suicide he committed.

     I am unhappy because he gave more tension to his family and that is unacceptable.

142. I am really shocked to hear this.He did not intend to kill anybody. It was just an accident, and he became a doctor to save people, not to kill people. Thus, it is totally absurd to make fun of him because some people made fun of him in the previous edition of this blog.
