हाम्रा वेबसाइटहरु किन यस्ता ?

नेपालको सबैभन्दा ठूलो शैक्षिक संस्था, जहाँबाट बौद्धिक व्यक्तित्वहरु उत्पादन हुन्छन्, त्यो शैक्षिक संस्थाको वेवसाइट भने केटाकेटीले पुतली खेलेको जस्तो छ। विद्यार्थीहरूले आफ्नो नतिजा प्रकाशित भएको हेर्न खोज्यो भने कहिल्यै सहज तरिकाबाट हेर्न पाउने स्थितिको वेबसाइट बनाउन त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयले सकेको छैन। यसको प्रमाण मैले तस्विरमा प्रस्तुत गरेको छु।


हुन त विश्वविद्यालयको ठूलो मान्छे हाम्रा गिरिजाबाबु। उहाँले एक वर्षदेखि उपकुलपतिको नियुक्ति नगरेर विश्वविद्यालयको छवि नै गिराइसक्नु भएको थियो। धन्न भर्खरै ४ मध्ये ३ मा नियुक्ति गरेर केही गरेको जस्तो देखाउन सफल हुनुभएको छ। बाँकी एकमा कहिले हुने हो त्यो थाहा छैन।

सायद अर्को १९ दिने आन्दोलन पछि नै होला। किनभने माओवादीहरू अर्को आन्दोलनको तैयारीमा लागेका छन्। उनीहरूलाई उपकुलपति सिफारिश गर्ने फुर्सद छैन क्यारे।

यो मात्र होइन, नेपालमा विभिन्न वेबसाइटहरू कमिसन खान मात्र बनाइएका जस्ता छन्, त्यस्ता साइटबाट जनताले केही गतिलो जानकारी भने पाएको हुँदैन। न त त्यो बेला बेलामा अपडेट नै हुने गरेको हुन्छ।

अरूको के कुरा गर्ने, नेपाल टेलिकमको नै हेरौँ न। http://ntc.net.np हान्दा अहिले पनि तपाईँ प्रिपेड फर्म भर्ने लिङ्क फेला पार्नु हुँदैन जबकि http://www.ntc.net.np टाइप गर्‍यो भने मात्र सो लिङ्क फेला पर्छ। “राष्ट्रको सञ्चार” भन्ने नारा बोकेको संस्थाको त यो हाल छ भने अरूको के होला।

प्राविधिक दृष्टिकोणले यसो हुनु गलत हो। www टाइप गर्नै पर्ने बाध्यता हुँदैन। त्यसलाइ डोमेन होस्ट गर्ने बेलामा नै ध्यान पुर्‍याउने हो भने यो समस्या नै हुँदैन थियो।

  3. More oppurtunities should be opened for the software programmers (engineers) in goverment offices as the use of IT is growing day by day.Then only such things can be upgraded.

  4. This website is being hosted at IOE, computer department. This is the same institute that has been sustaining major computer technology professionals of Nepal, ani aafno site http://ioe.edu.np/ ko taal hernu ani baalla kura garnu, euta ghar ma chaleko private college ko bhanda khattam cha….. Asia ko 3rd re, bhutra ko 3rd.

TU ko web site ta thikai chha ta ahile . kahile kahi ta technical problem vai halchha ni… Nepal ko power suplly garne company nai testai chha … power supply na vayyera pani server off hunchha hola ni ta … k chaine na chaine kura gare ko patrakar bandhu … ali ali be practical too.

  6. But things are changing- I believe that it’s time for takeover from samrt and techie new-gen X/Y. Wait, surely we’ll have damn good government sites in future- I believe in less than five year’s time. It’s time they are also thinking about the nEw-Nepal, remember?

  8. Nepalese politics and bureaucracy are the liabilities of the country. The outdated bureaucratic stracture need to be replaced with new and constructive one.

  9. This is nothing..beside there are many websites linking to government are still written HMG instead of Nepal Government…
    Even the website of nepal government has kept the 2047’s constitution and seems like no minister are interested to remove it and they still pays respect to valueless KING…
    and this makes mu blood pressure sop high that some day I’d like to shoot RAJABADI’s chamchas and this NETAS…

    It has become a habit of any organisation in Government or semi Government to look at the international aids to fix its problems.

    Once that organisation gets aids, it will be fixed. No Worries for any concerned personnel as long as it seems to be working.
